Wear Your Jewelry Simple But Elegant

Updated on July 28, 2014

Let's face it, it's something expensive, but jewelry suits one's looks, personality and lifestyle. It's a very special thing that most women consider an essential finishing touch.

Maybe you feel old-fashioned or out-fashioned if you put on only the simplest pair of diamond earrings, or a brooch that your mother gave you... You're wrong. There are myriad reasons for wearing jewelry, and a single ornament to simply glitze up your lobes, neck or wrist is one of the ways to wear them.

Wearing Gorgeous Stones

How Simple Diamond Studs Make You Dress in Elegance
How Simple Diamond Studs Make You Dress in Elegance

A woman wearing a diamond bracelet is a woman dressed elegantly. The sparkling lace in her wrist can enhance the entire attire she's wearing. Whether she wears a subtle pair of drop diamond earrings, or a necklace with a tiny diamond pendant, when it glitters and sparkles, all add a personal touch to an outfit that over time becomes part of a woman's signature.

If you have a pair of diamond studs, indulge yourself by wearing them for any occasion. There’s no point saving special jewelry for very special occasions, if you buy something because you like it, then why not wear it?

You will amaze everyone how those gorgeous drop and hoop earrings make you look conservatively elegant even in the simplest black dress. Did you know that classiest women wear only diamonds at night? I think small, subtle and sweet diamond studs, or a diamond pendant for day are fine. Keep bigger ones for nights. One tradition of elegance is wearing jewelry at its simplest.

As always, the classic charm of pearls never go out of style. A simple strand to over-sized pearl earrings make an ordinary outfit look dramatic. Pearl earrings can match up with any dress that even without make-up, a woman would look stunning with them on.

The flawless and innocent vibration of pearl brings lightness to every woman's complexion and radiance to her whole appearance.

Although it can be as expensive as buying any other precious gemstone, a perfect pearl accessory will never fail to enhance a woman's beauty bringing out the traditional prettiness in her.

Colored Gems

Many women love colored gemstones and semi precious stones. These are the beautiful and breathtaking crystals that excite the passion for love and romance. Since the ancient times, ruby, aquamarine, sphene and tourmaline are the favorite among royalties, an art which have been passed on to the women of today.

Natural semi-precious stones are long known to come from the rocks and minerals that originated in the Earth. Since many believe that these stones carry within their structure the history of the powerful forces that have shaped Earth's evolution, wearing the gemstones has become both beauty and healing.

The deep lovely colors of gemstones attracts much more attention. Young women wear it to bring them love and romance. Gemstone earrings, bracelets and necklaces can add a special touch to any outfit or occasion and are considered more casual, and the most affordable elegance within every woman's budget.

It's a legacy of fine jewelry that we can pass on to our children.

The Jewelry Every Woman Should Wear

Earrings are what define a woman as feminine.

Back to the earliest times, long ear lobes have been regarded as sign of a woman's status and power stating beauty and wealth - the longer the lobe, the greater the woman's wealth. This appending ornament to the ear also ensured a continuous state of mental and physical well-being. Wearing ornament in the ear has been passed on to generations creating the customary belief of one appendage to each ear as an important constituent of the female attire.

Today, we call it etiquette. Every woman can excuse herself from wearing rings (maybe not for married women), necklaces, bracelets and anklets, but not from wearing earrings. It is the eternal jewelry for every woman.

If you want to buy many rings or necklaces, I would advise you to buy more earrings instead, because they can completely change your appearance. Earrings don't have to be big. I have a pair of really nice little diamonds my sister gave me as present, and I wear them whenever I can...I'm not bothered by the time of the day, just whether or not they suit my outfit.

Can We Afford Genuine Jewelry

Not all fine jewelries come at ceiling prices. Look for your range and begin from there. There are master craftsman who can skillfully design custom pieces for a reasonable budget. Suggest for a color and style you like.. you can even arrange for a payment plan.

There are already affordable options today allowing men and women express their individual uniqueness. If you can afford one, why not go genuine?

      Hi B.A Williams,

Thank you. I'm happy that you enjoyed the article. Yes, I liked the photo of that baby wearing pearls, found it a look of innocence, pureness and daintiness along with her pearls. Thanks for dropping by. Wonderful of you.

      Hi Stephaniedas,

Earrings are really a woman's identity... and your mom has been so much of a woman to pass it on to you. Glad that you're among those who practice the womanly etiquette when it comes to wearing jewelries. Thanks for sharing...and thanks for being a woman of inspiration!

Earrings have always been the only piece of jewelry that I feel naked without. Even when I was younger and my mom made me wait until i was 10 to get my ears pierced, I wore clip-on and magnetic earrings. Cute hub!
