And the Disney Princess Makeup Tutorial poll winner is....

On my Princess Aurora Makeup Tutorial here on Hubpages I had placed a poll on what Disney princess readers wanted to see a tutorial for next. Snow White, Ariel, and Rapunzal all tied with the most votes, so I am progressing on doing all three. (I admit I was REALLY hoping for one to win the poll and then I was going to place a new princess poll on the next tutorial but I digress. It will be a lot of fun to complete Snow White, Ariel, and Rapunzal makeup tutorials so I'm only complaining on feeling rushed to complete them on the outside! On the inside my inner child is like: oh yeah! Bring on the princess makeup tutorials!)

A Snow White makeup tutorial was the one I decided to tackle first. (although tackle may be a poor choice of words when referring to Snow White, because tackling her seems like a really horrible thing to even joke about since wouldn't hurt a fly. Can you imagine Snow White as a football player? No one would want to injure her so the opposite team would probably just let the fairest one in the land walk in touchdowns! In that case she'd make a great quarterback!) I have included written out instructions and a video with further instruction on how to achieve a Classic Snow White look! Enjoy and thanks for viewing!

Step One: Concealer

For concealer I used Avon Concealer Stick. It's easy to apply and blends really well with foundation.

I dabbed the problem areas on my skin with the concealer stick to create a flawless finish.

I know some people skip applying concealer, but in my opinion Snow White has incredibly pale, flawless skin so concealer is a must to apply with this look. Do not blend in the dabs of concealer yet. You will blend it when applying your foundation.

Step Two: Foundation

I used Avon Cream to Powder Ideal Flawless Foundation. This foundation gives great, smooth coverage. It's perfect for giving that flawless Snow White face look. The Avon Ideal Flawless Liquid foundation also is a great pick!

I applied the foundation with a sponge and blended the concealer spots with the sponge while applying the foundation all over my face. Smooth it on delicately and imagine you are painting a canvas.

Step Three: Eye Primer

I used Mark Primer. I like how light feeling this primer is.

Gently squeeze the bottle so only a small amount will come out. Apply in light dabs with your finger tip to your eye lids up to your brow.

Step Four: Eyeshadow

I used Mark eyeshadows in shades: barista, biscotti, and iceberg. They no longer sell these separate like how I have them but you can get the Mark On the Dot Eye Bold Eye Color Palette now which has all three shadows I used among the nine different shadows on it. Use three different brushes. Two medium sized flat firm brushes to apply each eyeshadow and one small sized flat firm brush for blending them.

First apply biscotti onto eyelid corner and eye lid. Second apply barista only to the crease of your eyelid. Use your small brush to blend the two shades together. Then take one of your eyeshadow brushes to lightly sweep the iceberg shade under your brow arch for a nice highlight.

Step Five: Liquid Liner

I went with Mark Get in Line Liquid Liner in black for liner.

Lightly apply this liner to your upper lash line. Softly end the line without creating a heavy, thick cat eye but perhaps leave a soft, thin cat eye end.

Important! Give it time to dry! (otherwise you will end up with black eye liner smudged all over your eye lid)

Step Six: Mascara

Avon Big and Daring mascara is the product I'd recommend for huge princessy lashes!

Use the Mark eyelash curler to curl your lashes before applying to make lashes pop even more!

Apply the mascara wand to both upper and lower lashes for a dewey eyed princess look.

Step Seven: Pencil Liner (eyes and brows)

Whisk an Avon Glimmersticks liner in Black on your lower lash line. Smudge the line so it isn't too sharp a line.

Lightly draw soft lines with the liner over your brows to give them fuller more defined shape.

Step Eight: Lip Liner

Apply Avon Ultra Color Rich Lip Crayon in color Reddy for Me carefully on your lip line and a bit in the center of your lips as well.

Step Nine: Lip Color

After applying the lip crayon, apply your lipstick. I used Avon Ultra Color Lipstick in shade Poppy Love. It's so bright and vibrant a red that it's perfect for Snow White's lips red as blood!

Step Ten: Cheek Contour

Lastly apply a light cheek contour to accent your cheekbones. Most Disney princesses have a nice blush to their cheeks but I really prefer my Snow White makeup looks to be all pale with no blush just a blended liner soft line accenting the cheeks.
I used Avon Glimmersticks in black to very lightly put a line just under my cheek bones and smudged the line thoroughly.

I am so amazed that we can use our makeup in such manners. I do use powder blush as eye shadow sometimes, but other makeup options are thumbs up!!
