I am a cosmetologist. I am working on hair, skin and nails. A few of my hubs are about personal care that includes man care too.

How To File Your Nails And How Often to Cut Them.

When you file your nails. You do it from the corner to the middle. You make sure the file to use only by you. Or you use a new file. You need to cut your nails at least once a week. You need to try to keep the nails no longer than a quarter of an inch. This will prevent the brake of the nail. When you trim your nails. You need to file the nail to keep them smooth. When you buff your nails to get the ridges out. The buffing needs to be gentle and not too much buffing. Too much buffing makes the nail break easier.

Ways To Keep The Nails Healthy.

1 You need to wear gloves with your house's work.

2 When you lift items. You need to make sure. The nails are safe.

3 If you cut your nails with your teeth. You need to stop eating your nails.

3 You can add plastic or art nails to your own nails. While they are growing.

How To Use The Cotton And Nail Polish Remover.

When you removed the nail polish from your nails. You need to hold the cotton ball and add nail polish remover from the bottle. Apply the cotton ball on the nail and keep the cotton ball on the nail until the nail polish come out with a gentle sliding.

How To Know Which Nailpolish Is Right For Your Lifestyle.

OPI is a nail polish that it does not come off even if you are doing the dishes every day. It lasts for a few days until it is removed. You need to apply the nail polish from the center of the nail until you reach the top of the nail.

Choose The Right Nail Polish For You.

Using The Correct Tools For The Nails Is important.

After using the tools. They need to be clean with alcohol to eliminate bacteria. The same precaution you need to take when you go to the nail technician. You need to make sure everything is in good working conditions.

Important Facts About Nail Care.

Some nails salon hire people with the licence. The nail salon that hires people without a certification from the state department gets a fine. A nail salon has the responsibility to protect the public with any contamination of fungus or other nails problems. You can relax and get your nails done at any nails salon. My tips are good with many years of practising nails.

Extra Care For The Nails.

At night, you can add some hand lotion and wear cotton gloves to keep your hands with enough moist. You need to drink enough water every day to keep your nails growing healthy. Eating properly is essential. Drinking beverages with alcohol and smoking with moderation help the nails too. Too much of some things that we do. It is not good.

Colors Are Important.

What kind of colors do you like.?

Bad Habits.

It is not good to add nail polish remover to a hard nail polish because. The nail polish remover will damage your nail. The nail becomes weak, and it will break. Instead, you go to the store and buy the right solutions to dilute the color. Or you need to buy a new nail polish.
