Kim Kardashian Hairstyles: Wigs, Waves, Curls, and Braids

Updated on January 30, 2013

Kim Kardashian hairstyles range from the unexpected to the classic. In this hub we look at her most memorable long, short, and everything-in-between hairstyles. Whether she wears wigs, waves, curls, or braids, Kim makes a statement. If only we could have this much fun styling our own hair!

While the cornrow style is rare on Caucasian women, somehow it works for Kim. Her facial features are striking no matter what style she wears. That is a mark of true beauty. And you never know what style Kim is going to try next. This one was a surprise to her fans.

Kim doesn't often wear her hair this short, but this medium brown wig was calling to her. I'm not too crazy about this look on her, though Kim still looks pretty with it on. Thankfully this look was short-lived for her.

Any article on Kim Kardashian hairstyles wouldn't be thorough without this pic of Kim when she went for a short, curly hairstyle reminiscent of the 1950s. She looks great in this style -- classic, elegant, and old-fashioned. Totally different than the usual modern-styled Kim.

Kim rocks a Cher-inspired hairstyle in this picture -- complete with bangs and long flip. This is an experimental look for Kim and not one she wears often. I, for one, don't think curly hair and bangs go together, and have never been a fan of this look.

Kim always looks young and fresh in this look, and it is one of her best hairstyles. I wish she would wear this ultra-straight hair more often. It is very flattering for her features.

This is by far Kim's best look. Thank God this is the style she wears most often. There is something about Kim's long, black, wavy, layered locks that just bring out the best in her face shape and overall look. Kim knows what looks best on her and she knows how to play it up.
