Mango Facial Natural Way to Good Skin

Mangoes, we call them “royal fruit”. There are wide varieties of mangoes. we use mangoes as juices, pickles and curries. Mangoes are very effective fruit for hot seasons. Mangoes have good vitamin-c content. Mangoes resist dehydration.


Mangoes will improve digestion. Mangoes are good for resisting cancer and diabetes.Mangoes are good for preventing allergies.


Mangoes are rich with calcium, iron, potassium and zinc.it also consist good amount of vitamin-Which is good for hormone growth. Mangoes are good for sterilization.it can resist hypertension, asthma and can soft our skin.it can improve our vision. For gents mangoes are best to improve their skin. Mango juice is rich with alpha hydroxy acid, which is a common factor in all types of creams.


Mango facial is best for hard skins of men. Mango facial is good for hot seasons to protect the skin.it will help to remove dead cells from skin. Mangoes are rich with vitamin-A, C, B-6 and beta carotene.Mango will give good glow to our skin.it will remove wrinkles, scars and pimples from face.


We can use a gel which is mixed with mango juice and aroma oil.it is good for cleaning our face .it will remove dust, oils and dirt from our face.to clean the minute holes of skin, black spot and white spot mango scrub is best. For dry skin mango facial is good. Mango can function according to the type skin.


Through mango facial, we can improve the color of skin; softness.it is good to keep the peeled skin of mango on our face.

      thanks for visit spy....actually mangoes are native to india...its scientific name is "mangifera indica".it is indian mangoes or common mango.now it is spreaded all over the world.....green mangoes are very nice to have with salt.in our childhood days we used to climb on trees and take these mangoes mixed with salt and small amount of chilly powder there itself.mangoes alway gives us very sweet memories like rain.....
