How good is NIVEA In-Shower Body Lotion?

Does the famous NIVEA In-Shower Body Lotion from NIVEA really work in moisturizing the skin? According to NIVEA, their In-Shower body lotion can keep dry skin moisturized for over 24 hours after using it. Is this really true?

NIVEA is known for making very great products. This is common knowledge. But what is not common knowledge is how good their in-shower body lotion is. I have personally used their in-shower body lotion and it has been extremely helpful in my battle against dry skin. So I can bet on my life that the lotion is very effective in keeping dry skin moisturized for a very long period of time. What about you? What do you think of this amazing lotion? In order to find out what ordinary people felt about this lotion, I spent a couple of weeks interviewing people online and offline. All I wanted to know from them was whether they thought NIVEA's revolutionary moisturizer lived up to expectations or not. It is important that readers know that all the people I interviewed had tried NIVEA's in-shower body lotion - at least that is what they told me.

I guess many of you readers out there are extremely eager to hear what these people had to say about the product. But before we take a look at those comments given by people who told me that they had tried this product, let’s first take a moment to see how this pioneering shower body lotion works.

As the name suggests, NIVEA In-Shower Body Lotion is a lotion that is applied on the body while you are still in the shower. The product is designed to be used after you have used your normal shower gel or soap to bathe and rinsed your body with water. According to NIVEA, just after you have rinsed your normal shower gel or soap from your body with water, you should apply the In-Shower Body Moisturizer on your body and rinse your body once again.

It’s not really necessary to leave the In-Shower Body Lotion on your skin for some time before rinsing it off with water. You can rinse it off immediately after you have applied it and it will work perfectly. The body moisturizer is amazing - the way it works! I once wondered how it was possible for the lotion to work effectively even after you have rinsed it off immediately after applying it on the body. But according to NIVEA, it doesn't matter whether you rinse the lotion off your body seconds after you apply it because the moment you apply the moisturizer on your skin, it is instantly absorbed into your skin leaving a film on the skin’s surface which helps in keeping the skin hydrated and nourished throughout the day. This is incredible!

Once you are done rinsing off the moisturizer, you should dry yourself with your towel and go your merry way. This is all you need to do and your skin will be left hydrated and feeling smooth the entire day. The interesting and fantastic thing about this pioneering in-shower body moisturizer from NIVEA is the fact that once you use it, you don’t need to apply any other body lotion or moisturizer on your skin again. The moisturizer is all you need to keep your skin hydrated the whole day.

It is important that readers take note of the fact that this pioneering formula from NIVEA only works when your skin is wet. This means that you cannot apply the moisturizer on dry skin and expect it to work – it simply can’t work on dry skin.

The verdict

Based on my investigation and personal use of this product, I can strongly conclude that the NIVEA In-Shower Body Moisturizer works. The product is capable of keeping the average person’s skin moisturized and beautiful providing they follow the instructions on how to use it given by NIVEA. Readers should know once again that I have used this product and can confirm it is very effective in moisturizing the skin for long periods of time and combating dry skin. What about you? Has the NIVEA In-Shower Body Moisturizer lived up to its reputation? Has it worked for you the way NIVEA said it would work?

People’s Comments on NIVEA In-Shower Body Moisturizer

I started using this revolutionary moisturizer about a month ago after watching the advert on television. Did it live up to its reputation? I think it lives up to its reputation because whenever I use it after cleaning my body in the shower, it leaves my skin smooth and looking vibrant. My boyfriend even noticed it and made some nice comments about how smooth my skin has started looking. So I think it is a great product.
NIVEA’s in-shower body lotion is an awesome product. I recommend it to anyone who suffers from dry skin simply because of how effective the product is in keeping the skin moisturized. I am glad that I stumbled across it. The only problem I have with it is its fragrance, which I don’t like so much. But of course that is just me. My sisters say they love the smell but I just can’t seem to fall in love with the fragrance. All in all, the product is amazing.
It’s a great product and is very effective in moisturizing the skin after use. But the downside to this product is the residue it leaves behind in my bathtub which makes it very slippery. I always have to use hot water to clean my bathtub after I have used the body moisturizer because apparently only hot water is capable of properly cleaning the slippery residue it leaves behind. Besides this, I think the product is a life saver - especially for people suffering from severe dry skin.
My mother-in-law gave me this body moisturizer as a gift when I complained to her of my problems with dry skin. Initially, I was using the moisturizer after I had dried myself with a towel and it wasn’t working for me. I hated the product so much since it wasn’t working. At that time I didn’t know I was not using it the right way. It was later I got to know that the product was designed to be used while the skin is still wet and to be rinsed off after you have applied it on your skin. I got to know this moisturizer’s real power after I learned how to use it the proper way. It is simply amazing the way it keeps the body moisturized and smelling good all day long. And also, it is very good for my sensitive skin. My advice to anyone suffering from dry skin is to not hesitate getting this body moisturizer.
This product is really good for people who are always on the move. I am a businessman who is always running against time. My skin is naturally dry and sometimes I don’t find time to apply a body moisturizer before leaving for work in the morning which leaves my skin terribly dry later in the day – especially during the winter months. But with this new body lotion from NIVEA, I apply it while I’m still having my bath, rinse my body, dry myself, put on my clothes, and off I go to work. The product is very good for my dry skin since my skin is now more moist and smoother than it used to be. What I don’t like about it is its strong flowery fragrance which makes me smell like a woman. I wish NIVEA would make a different version of this powerful in-shower lotion which doesn’t have a feminine smell. All in all, it is one heck of a great moisturizer. I recommend it to anyone suffering from dry skin - especially during this winter.
This product helped me a lot during my battle against severe dry skin. There used to be a time when my skin could get so dry it began cracking. I was very much ashamed of my skin. But now those days are gone thanks to NIVEA’s in-shower body lotion. I started using the lotion about six months ago and have not looked back ever since then. Judging from the way the moisturizer is currently helping me ward off dry skin, I believe that it can do the same for me during the pending winter months. When you think of it, it’s really incredible how this product works. I was initially skeptical about the product and doubted it could possibly work in moisturizing the skin considering the fact that one has to rinse it off their body after applying it. But I was totally blown away at the results I got after using it for the first time. I couldn’t believe it really worked. Up until today, I still can’t figure out how this lotion works even though it is rinsed off the body immediately after application. Maybe that’s a secret NIVEA will never reveal.

The above comments are just a handful of the comments I received with regards to this product. A total of 50 people participated in reviewing NIVEA In-Shower Body Moisturizer. Over 95% of these reviewers gave the product a thumbs up which means to them the product lived up to its expectation. What about you? What do you think about this product?
