Tried To Make A List Of Pros And Cons...Could Only Think Of Pros!

  • Less than $6.00 a tube, this price absolutely cannot be beat!
  • Smooths over fine lines and wrinkles disallowing foundation from settling in them.
  • Keeps makeup flawlessly in place for 8-10 hours!
  • Used after set it will create a shine-free, matte finish.
  • Used before set it creates an ethereal, dewy finish.
  • Comparable to Smashbox brand foundation primer.

Monistat Chafing Relief Gel As Face Primer

Expensive face primers do the job, but at what cost? Practically the skin you are priming! What if you could get the same results as Smashbox’s infamous face primer and spend a fraction the price?! You would immediately ask to know what such formula exists and who is silly enough to market it for such an affordable price. And I would answer, monistat. Shocked? I was.

While perusing the blog that was revealing this stunning secret before my eyes, I read in disbelief as this girl, a self-proclaimed cosmetics expert, insisted that this mere $6.00 a bottle formula usually intended for between the thighs was comparable to Smashbox’s photo finish foundation primer that goes for a whopping $36! But I admit I’ve tried this and now use it before every makeup application, I have never been so consistently pleased with my makeup and complexion. You don’t have to take my word for it, read her blog here and read all the comments of other pleasantly surprised women all over the world! It is becoming a phenomenon in the cosmetics world for a reason, ladies!

Using Monistat As Foundation Primer

If you have not tried a foundation primer before and you are over the age of 20 or you love to party like a rock star, what are you waiting for?! Foundation primer is the latest innovation in cosmetics products that create a smooth, flawless canvas for makeup application. If you have tried other foundation primers before you will use Monistat Chafing Relief Gel as any other makeup primer. It has almost not smell and will not clog your pores. In fact, it will create a layer between your moisturizer and your makeup that will prevent your skin from absorbing the foundation and the nasty chemicals that can sometimes be contained in makeup. This is also why it helps your foundation last all day long.

A couple tips when using monistat chafing relief gel as a foundation primer: first make sure your skin is clean and well moisturized before applying a thin layer over your whole face, but take care not to get it too close to your eyes. Then once you apply it do not touch your face, in fact I try not to make extreme facial expressions (like laughing or frowning,) for about 5-10 minutes. Then apply your all your makeup as you normally do. When you are done wearing your makeup for the day wash your face as you normally do, this face primer will leave no hint of being there except that fabulous feeling of feeling radiance and admiring your flawless complexion unchanging all day!
