Oatmeal as a face mask

Oatmeal is high in protein and its good for the skin, it is inexpensive and a natural products which is very expensive in beauty parlours and shops to buy.

Just cook it as you regularly make out meal, if you don’t know how the oatmeal product will have instructions on the box

Let it cool and apply to dry skin so it sticks, if it doesn’t stick you may be applying too much or too little so try and find a balance.

Egg whites can be used to hold it together and its also good for your skin

Apply generously to the main spotty or acne areas of the skin

Leave it on for about 10-15 minutes

You can also put cucumbers around your eyes because its good for you eyes and it avoids the oatmeal getting in your eyes.

It is better to lie on your back to avoid it slipping on the floor

Rinse off with water and apply moisturizer as your skin would be dry

So next time you may oatmeal and there is extra don’t throw it away, use it as a face mask!

As odd as it may seem, oatmeal can absorb unwanted oil & draw out impurities which reside deep in your skin. Cook some plain oatmeal like you would for consumption. Let it chilled off, & rub it over your tidy skin. Let it sit for a while, like you would a mask, & then rinse off. If you do this on a regular basis, you ought to start noticing results soon.
