Onesole Interchangeable Shoes With Velcro Flip/Snap Botton Mechanism

Updated on September 10, 2014

What Is One-Sole Interchangeable Shoes?

When you think you've seen or heard it all, then comes something new. Recently I wrote a hub about the new fad of flip flops that's quickly gaining ground in the flip flop fashion. I'm talking about interchangeable flip flop straps. The one in question was the switch flops which gives you the option of swapping your flip flop straps with colorful, and functional sets that gives an entirely new look with each sets of straps.

One Sole Pack

Well, hold on to your straps because there's an even more interesting find, the One-Sole Interchangeable Shoes. The first time I saw this was on ABC shoe, Shark Tank. I didn't remember what it was called, so I went searching, and I just have to share this find with you ladies (shoe lovers) out there.

The One-Sole pack of shoes are totally different from the Switch flops. You see, with the switch flops you get interchangeable straps that attaches to the top of your flip flops with Velcro, changing only the looks, but with the One-sole, you not only change the looks, you also have the option to change the entire style and sole of your shoes.

One Sole, Multiple Interchangeable Tops

Thanks to the thirteen different One-sole varieties of soles and more than a thousand interchangeable shoe top styles available in beautiful colors and styles. Now you can have a closet full of different shoes.

All you need is a couple of soles from One-Sole and some of their colorful and tops. Each of the sole has interchangeable tops that fit every other soles. So not only are the tops interchangeable, the soles are too. With just a couple of snaps you have a new look. This allows you to match any outfit economically and with great comfort.

Does the idea of a shoe with interchangeable tops/style appeals to you?

Who Invented The One-Sole Interchangeable Shoes?

The One-Sole idea was born out of a need for comfortable shoes by Dominique McClain Barteet, RPh. As a pharmacist, Dominique had to stand for hours at a time and travel extensively due to the nature of her job. In 2002, she saw her vision come to fruition. Now her One-Sole shoe designs are not only comfortable, but versatile, fun, economical, and very easy to pack for travel.

Any woman would appreciate not having to pack pairs and pairs of shoe when going on that trip. No more having to deal with the bulk of packing about half a dozen of shoes for your trip. Women, you know what I'm taking about! All that's needed is two or three of the One-Sole sole styles and about half-a-dozen of the different One-Sole tops (which should fit easily in a ziplock sandwich bag) and you are ready to Rumba.

How Much Does One-Sole Interchangeable Shoes Cost?

The price of the One-Sole Interchangeable Shoes family of soles ranges from $80 or more for a pair of sole. These soles comes in varieties of styles, such as, flat soles, wedges and platforms. The interchangeable tops are between $10 and $15 each.

You can invest in a couple of different style soles and about a dozen of the different tops and still spend less than you would have spent on six pairs of different shoes. Remember, you're not only getting the shoes, you are also getting the added benefit of a versatile and comfortable shoe. That, my shoe lover friend, is worth every investment!

Who Can Benefit from One-Sole Interchangeable Shoes Invention?

For short, busy on-the-go women who spend a great number of time on their feet each day. Such as,

  • Airline Hostesses
  • Teachers
  • Doctors
  • Pharmacists
  • Store Managers
  • Customer Service Representatives
  • Bartenders

And many more.

If you travel a lot and have to pack tons of shoes, which every woman does, then the One-Sole Interchangeable Shoes, soles and top pack are made just for you.

With the One-Sole Interchangeable Shoes, you not only get to pack as many shoes as you want, you also get shoes that are comfortable to walk, and work in. Each sole bottom has a built-in memory foam insert that conform perfectly to your foot to give you that comfortable feel. And the good thing about these shoes is that going from work mode, to walk mode is as easy as snapping on a different top layer.

Just pack about half a dozen of the gorgeous sole (bottom) styles and a dozen of the different design top. And since every single top fits each sole bottom available, you can simply snap on and off to interchange into the different top and bottom styles and colors. It's that easy!

Those are really cool. It seems like they would be good for travel, when you don't want to carry along a bunch of different pairs of shoes.
