It is proved that stagnation of fluids in the body leads to swollen fat cells which form cellulite - the orange peel effect. This disorder of lymphatic and blood circulation system results in a buildup of excessive toxins and other unwanted materials in the body. Our smart bodies get rid the toxins from our blood and away from vital organs everyday by accumulating this harmful chemicals as fat in our tissues and such a choice isn't random. Fat cells are simply bigger in their structure and can store more toxins in natural way. The number of fat cells remains the same in obese as well as in thin people. When there are many toxins are accumulated, fat cells progress in size causing inflammation of tissues and you can see cellulite on your skin. It is possible to get rid of cellulite by breaking down fat deposits and by improving blood circulation.

Nothing is beautiful from every point of view.

I'm in love with dry brushing too, although prefer to use a combination of all types of massagers along with workout for the best and quicker results. Every type is for a certain mood for me and has its role. Sometimes, I can overdo cupping and get small bruises on my body, so dry brushing will be good at such moments to keep a good condition of the skin. It's always good listen to what your body feels and respond to it. Especially, we should avoid excessive exercises.

What kind of workout you prefer?

I have been using a dry brush since I was 16 and people comment on my radiant skin. I work out about every day, so fat and cellulite is hardly a problem for me.
