Jessica loves all things creative in the world of entertainment, crafting, and cosmetics.

I am not affiliated with Estee Lauder in anyway. I am just a consumer of their products.

A good eye cream is so important because you're eyes are among the first things to show age. So for me, eye cream is a must. I had used Peter Thomas Roth Mega Rich Intensive Anti-Aging Cellular Eye Cream for several years. I love that eye cream but after a while, I felt my eye area wasn't responding to it the same way. I had also found some Estee Lauder products that I really liked and they are more readily available where I live so I decided to give this a try. This has pretty good reviews on most sites, so I gave it a try.

Purchasing

It is about $64.00 for a 0.5oz jar. It can be bought on at Sephora, sephora.com, EsteeLauder.com, Amazon, and most department stores.

I purchased mine at an outlet mall at an authorized retailer of Estee Lauder products called The Cosmetics Company Store.

Packaging

When you purchase this, it will come in Estee Luader's signature baby blue box. This eye cream comes in a glass jar with a gold lid. I don't mind a jar but I know a lot of people prefer a pump bottle, as they find it more sanitary and easier to get the product out.

Claim

The fast-acting, rich cream claims to Improve visible signs of aging around your eyes by reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, crow’s feet, and crepiness. It will leave your eyes smoother and more radiant. It says it will dramatically reduce the look of lines and wrinkles by boosting skin's natural support structure. It claims to plump lines in just 3 days with hyaluronic acid.

Application

The directions say to apply AM and PM and that is what I did. I started using this and I used it alone for about a month. Then I bought the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Concentrate Matrix and used it at night and the Advanced Eye Repair only in the daytime.

It is a rich texture, but goes on smooth and light. It did not sting my eyes or cause blurry vision. It doesn't have much of a color or a scent, which is great.

The Verdict

After a month of using this morning and night, I had developed crepiness under my eyes, noticeable crow's feet, and my lids looked flaky with makeup on. For me, it caused everything that it claims to help. After a month, my eyes needed rescuing so that was when I ran out and bought Estee Lauder's Advanced Night Repair Eye Concentrate Matrix. That seemed to bring my eye area back to what it used to look like.

For me, this product did not have a good result so I will not be repurchasing.
