Scented candles of Cire Trudon
Hello, guys! Today I want to tell you about candles which have been exciting my imagination for a really long period of time) You know that there are a lot of brands with impressive stories and interesting traditions. But not everyone knows that there are such companies in the world of home fragrances. Cire Trudon is one of them; it has existed since 1643 and is believed to be the oldest manufacturer of scented candles in France.
I associate them with royals among other candles. By the way, they say that many rulers of European countries adored scented candles of Cire Trudon. Even Napoleon Bonaparte breathed in these gorgeous fragrances! Not to mention that they look really impressively. These are premium class candles for outstanding personalities. A coat of arms which decorates every candle of this brand looks noble and possesses unique charm of that historical epoch.
Fans of the Middle Ages or Renaissance will surely like scented candles of Cire Trudon. Even names of fragrances help to feel atmosphere of those historical periods. It is a certain time machine. Every fragrance awakes associations with certain events, civilizations or prominent people. For instance, there are candles dedicated to Byron, Napoleon and Marie Antoinette. If you want to feel yourself a real lady or a noble lord who communicate with the greatest artists of that time, just breathe in fascinating fragrances of Cire Ttudon. This brand will be also interesting for those who look for decor in baroque or classicism style.
The assortment is really big and impressive! There are candles in classical jars, decorated with cameo, in a form of a bust and also various candles for different celebrations and dinner parties. All products of Cire Trudon are handmade and consist of absolutely natural and organic materials. Not to mention that fragrances are really durable and qualitative. I guess that this brand has a certain secret which has been kept since 1643, hasn’t it?)
That is a part of fragrant history I would be happy to touch to.) Unfortunately, there are no Cire Trudon candles in my collection, but I hope that I will be able to purchase at least one in the nearest future. The only thing which is left for me to do right now is to read excited feedbacks of those who have candles of this brand. Maybe you have one, haven’t you? I would be happy to find it out!)
