Sea Salt to Help Benefit Your Skin

Updated on February 15, 2013

How Sea Salt Differs From Regular Salt

Sea salt contains many minerals that can aid in nourishing our skin. Some but not all these minerals include zinc, magnesium, and vitamin A.

Very simple recipes and I'm very interested to try them. I've already discovered the benefits of using sea salt when cooking. One question: what type of aloe do you use? Thanks! Voted up and awesome.

Great Hub! I'll have to try some of these. I'm particularly intrigued by the aloe and sea salt for acne...I'm in my late 20's and still break out like a 16 year old!
