Selena Gomez Hairstyles: Long, Short, Wavy, Straight

Selena Gomez is blessed with a full head of black hair which she styles in endless ways. In this hub we feature Selena Gomez hairstyles -- in long, short, wavy, and straight styles -- and more!

Selena Gomez with Big Hair (right)

Selena looks gorgeous when she maximizes the volume of her already volumimous hair.

This style is headturning and makes her locks the central focus of her look. The crown of her hair sits straight while waves blend in towards the bottom half of her 'do.

Although she is wearing this style with casual clothes, it is an especially appropriate style to wear on a date or for a special occasion.

If you have long, thick hair like Selena's and are looking for ways to both manage your hair and wear it in a flattering style, this side braid is for you. It is also easy to do because you don't have to braid it without being able to see it behind your head. This is a complaint many women have about creating braids in their hair. You can also wear this style during the day, or as Selena did it, with a cocktail dress at night.

Although this is my least favorite of Selena's hairstyles, it is a great Summer look. While it is somewhat short to allow you to stay a little cooler, it is long enough to still look feminine. If your hair is normally wavy or curly, you will have to tame it daily with a hot iron and a small dab of defrizzing gloss to maintain this style.

This is a smart style you can wear to class every day. If you are trying to grow your bangs out, you can simply part them at an angle and wear them against long stick straight hair. Wear this look with jeans and a trendy t-shirt for a fun, modern look.

This is my favorite look of Selena's. It is a romantic hairstyle that is great to wear on a date. To get this look, you should have long bangs and wavy hair, or hair that won't lose shape when you use a large curling iron on it. Women with fine hair could have trouble maintaining the volume of this style.

This hairstyle is simple and at times can save your day. When you are short on time and need to style your hair quickly, loosen your hair around your crown while pulling the rest of your hair low behind your head. Secure your hair in an elastic and then let a few tendrils fall around the side of your head.
