Tips To Have Younger And Glowing Skin

Updated on July 27, 2018

Younger Skin

Looking Youthful

It's so important to always look youthful and knowing how to roll back the years. Like how you treat your skin, what kind of products you are using, have you moisturize enough your skin, are you always applying the eye cream and so on.

Tips To Younger Skin

To look youthful, here are some tips to roll back the years;

1. GROUNDWORK. Prep your skin with an intensive treatment-soaked cloth mask to boost hydration. Massage in any remaining liquid residue, using upward and outward strokes.

2. FIRST BASE. Apply an anti aging serum to send saggy skin packing. Serums are light enough for make up to be applied on top, but if you are preparing the night before, use it instead of the night cream.

3. WATER WORKS. Lock in moisture and create a more dewy, younger looking complexion with a few spritzes of a hydrating facial spray.

4. GO FOR THE GLOW. Apply wrinkle-filler cream to any fine lines just before applying the foundation to create smoother skin. For a radiant finish, always opt for moisturizing make up. So if your foundation is matifying, add a pea-sized blob of your day cream to it.

5. OPEN YOUR EYES. For instant de-puffing, look out for eye creams containing caffeine or fast-working soybean protein or yeast extract. To lift heavy lids in the morning, stand in front of the mirror and use your index fingers to push up the skin just below your brow bone (as if you were raising your eyebrow), then close your eyes tightly for 3 seconds. Repeat three times and you will be amazed at the results.

6. PLUMP UP YOUR POUT. For your lips appear fuller, exfoliate in the morning to get the blood flowing. Rub the exfoliating beads in a circular motion for 30 seconds, then remove with a cotton pad soaked in the toner, to tighten the pores around your mouth. Massage in lip balm for 30 seconds, then apply a natural pink lip stain or a lip gloss containing chilli or pepper for a subtle, be-stung effect.

7. HAVE A CUP OF. Always start the day with a cup of ginseng tea or lemon juice with hot water to quickly brighten and clear your skin.
