Sunglasses by Rudy Project, the Ultimate Performance Glasses for Athletes

Updated on July 5, 2010

Sunglasses You'll Love to Wear Everywhere

This endorsement of Rudy Project Sunglasses comes from my own personal experience as an owner of so many different manufacturers sunglasses. You do not have to be an athlete to wear them, but if you are you’ll appreciate so much more than their good looks and exceptional fit.

You might not think that I would be the kind of person who would own about a dozen pair of sunglasses… okay maybe you might. And I do. So I thought I’d take a bit of time to share some of my favorites, brands you probably know about and some you may not have heard of before. Too many people jump on board the Designer Sunglasses trend and buy name and inferior optics.  Rudy Projects are well known around the world so you can satisfy your urge to own the Designer Glasses and still get "World Class" optics optimized for comfort, protection, and performance.

Rudy Project the Best Glasses You Probably Don’t Know About

Rudy Project sunglasses are performance athletic glasses and far an away my favorites. Rudy projects are the single most comfortable glasses I have ever owned. The real advantage however goes beyond looks and lens technology to functionality. Rudy projects excel for motion sports like cycling (I’m a bit of an addict) and running.

I’ve owned Raybans (Bausch & Lomb), Oakley, Bolle (Bushnell Optics), and a few no name brands. And in my opinion Rudy Projects are the best. And fortunately they are not the most expensive – not cheap - but not terribly expensive for the quality, fit, technology and performance you receive by owning.

If you would like to learn more about the quality and technology behind the Rudy Project Glasses please visit the Rudy Project site. I’ve included a direct link to their Testimonial Pages so you can see I am not alone in recommending them.

Give Rudy Project a serious look the next time you are in the market for high quality sun protection for your eyes!

These are the Sunglasses I use for Cycling. I love the light weight, interchangeable lenses, and wrap around design to cut the wind and keep debris out of my eyes.

This brand is new to me. I'm only familiar with Oakley and Raybans.

Nice, cool colors. Thanks for sharing.
