Everybody wants to show the world that they look younger than they really are. We all want to look younger after 30th year. There are no women or man who would not want a beautiful and velvety skin firmness and shiny complexion. Also many people wish to point out their beauty. We reveal ten quite simple and inexpensive tricks to help you instantly or even in the long run brighten your appearance.

Always use UV protection
Use it in winter, even though the sun is much weaker than in the summer. Use it also in the summer.

If you would know that the sun's rays are to blame for more than half of the signs of aging on the face and body you would protect yourself from UV from childhood on.

The damage has already been done. You can do everything possible to protect you in the future. UV radiation ages the skin, destroys collagen and elastin fibers, causing color (pigmentation) of the skin, its roughness, uneven appearance of deeper wrinkles.

Home-made face mask
If you have money, you can of course buy a mask. But the best is the natural home-made mask which have natural ingredients. Become a master of preparing home-made masks.

For the body: Olive oil and sea salt are the basic ingredients for peeling. After this treatment your skin will be again soft, smooth and elastic. For body skin use organic olive oil. For the face use mildly refined olive oil. Sea salt is rich in minerals, so it is best suited for peeling. You have to mix olive oil and salt together to get thick enough emulsion. Use it on your body and massage it with this mixture from the bottom up. Particular focus on your elbows and feet where is a hard skin.

For the face: Mix egg yolk, a teaspoon of honey, a teaspoon of oat flour, a teaspoon of sour cream, a few drops of olive oil and lemon juice. Apply the lining on the face and leave it on for an hour. Then wash your face with warm water. The skin will be like new.

Refresh your face and moistened it
Instead of the factory produced tonic use mineral water spray or normal mineral water pour in bottle with micro spray and then moisten your face. Mineral water will soften and moisturize your skin. If like you can add natural rose oil or grapefruit oil if you have greasy skin.

Keep always a little bottle with you in your purse or on your desk at work. In the summer you can refresh yourself with water mist. In winter you can moisten your skinthat is dried out too much because of central heating.

Use red lipstick

How to look glamorously? Very simple: forget balsams, shiny glosses and use classic red lipstick. Even if you take away trash in your tracksuit this small gesture will repair your appearance at once.. Women with style began to wear red lipstick again, copy them!

Recipe lies in the fact that once a week treat your hair with care products rich with natural oil. Use coconut oil, macadamia nut oil, walnut oil, olive oil, almond oil, argan oil... You grease hair and scalp with chosen rich oil, leave on for half an hour and then just wash your hair and proceed with the usual care. The difference will be remarkable by leaving your hair soft again and infinitely shiny.

Plus Tip: For longer hair? Apply to scalp and hair with coconut milk (you can use the one out of the can, but it should be 70-80 percent of coconut fat) and leave for one hour. Hair will be thicker, more resilient and they will grow faster.

The secret is in polyphenols and antioxidants, so consume foods that are rich with polyphenols and antioxidants. French do not say for nothing you should have a glass of red wine after lunch. If you try this (only one glass per day, no more) you look younger and you will have shiny skin.
