How to look beautiful ALL the time, the NATURAL way!

We are all beautiful. And we should all feel beautiful, ALL the time. But in order to really be naturally beautiful, it is important to maintain your overall health. Not only will this will help you feel better about yourself, but also it will improve your appearance naturally and make you look better. When you look good, you feel good. Your mood improves and you’re happier. The easiest, and pretty much only way to improve your overall appearance naturally or to maintain it is by eating healthy, exercising, maintaining a healthy and positive mindset, and remaining stress free. These may sound a little difficult to do, but I promise you, if you work a little at each one of them, you will definitely look and feel a lot better. No doubt about it.
And remember: you are all naturally beautiful! We all have a natural beauty to us; we just have to learn to take care of ourselves correctly in order to let our beauty reflect on our outer layers. Everyone is beautiful in his or her own way. Everyone is different; we all come in different shapes, sizes, colors, etc. But that is what makes us beautiful, our differences. If beautiful were to look like everyone else, how would that make sense? A world where everyone looks the same is boring. Be Original, Be YOURSELF. LOVE yourself, and TAKE CARE of YOURSELF. As the saying goes, if you don't love yourself, how is anybody else going to love you? And just so I didn’t cause any confusion, our outer layers are NOT the only things that reflect our beauty, it's what's on the inside that counts as well. But the fast is that our outer layers, unfortunately reflect our bodies insides, so if you eat and treat your body like garbage you will look like garbage too. Sorry for being so blunt, but that is the sad and sorry truth! You are what you eat! So we all have to take care of our bodies as best as we can to look and feel nice.
The first thing a person notices about you is the way you look. This is important for a lot of situations, such as meeting your significant other's family for the first time, or a job interview. You may be thinking, who cares what people think of me, but unfortunately you should care how people view you. This is their first impression of you. And if you walk into that new job interview with a tired looking face, and you are sloppy looking, you most likely will not get hired. You could get hired, but if the job requires you to be a people person, you must look presentable or you might scare off your new job’s customers. If you take care of your body and mind, you won’t have to deal with the nonsense of looking like crap, as much as you would have to if you didn’t take care of yourself.
Eating healthy = Looking healthy
A way to unleash your natural beauty is by keeping yourself healthy, by eating healthy foods and doing a little exercise. If you love yourself, you have to realize that you must take care of yourself, and that is it. Of coarse keep in mind some essentials to looking great are simple things such as getting a good night sleep, and eating a good breakfast, the most important meal of the day. Eating a good breakfast with protein can help keep you energized and full for long periods of time, which will keep you from overindulging with snacks or more unnecessary food before lunchtime. This will in turn prevent you from gaining unwanted weight. When you are healthy and you are feeding your body all the essential vitamins and minerals that it needs, you will instantly glow. We all look for the miraculous beauty cure, but ladies, it is all in your food intake. You eventually become the foods you eat, so if you eat garbage, you will feel and/or look like garbage, but if you eat the right foods you will look and feel right!
Eating healthy not only promotes weight loss, but it gives you more energy, makes you look and feel good and can probably give you a longer life. Unhealthy eating is the cause for most diseases, so by eating healthy you are doing yourself a favor. Your skin will benefit, since different vitamins and nutrients you consume by eating healthy will give you clearer, moisturized, great looking skin. So learn if you don’t know already, what is healthy and what is not. Obviously avoid junk food at all costs! It really is bad for you and it will make you look and feel sluggish. Eat good fats, not bad-junk food fats. And most importantly drink a lot of water. Water keeps you hydrated, full at times when you think you are hungry when you are really thirsty, makes your cellulite reduced in appearance, and gives you a naturally beautiful moisturized appearance. By drinking a lot of water and eating the right foods you will see a difference in everything about you, and a good one at that. Feeling good will lead you to think more positively, it will brighten your life. You will feel great on the inside and out.
Keeping healthy will aid you in living a happy, full life. You will look beautiful, and you will then have a positive attitude and outlook on life, which will then allow you to consume life's beauty in a positive light. When you feel good, everything around you will be pleasant as well. Being healthy will add energy to your life. You will not feel sluggish anymore. You will be fit and energized. You can also take the essential vitamins you need in pill form, but I believe that unless it is a necessity for you to take vitamins, you should try to consume your vitamins through eating the many different types of healthy foods there are out there. If you don't know what is healthy or what kind of vitamins a certain food contains, look it up, do some research and find out. Nowadays, if you have a computer, or Internet on your phone it will take 2 minutes of research, that's all.
Exercise: Fuel for your body
Exercising is important, but most of us hate it, right? We all think of it as a pain in the behind. But, even if you’re not much of a gym person, there are many ways to keep active, such as taking walks, swimming or playing a sport. There is also yoga, stretching, going to the park with your kids and ACTUALLY playing with them, dancing, etc. (I love to play with my niece at the park hehe). Be creative and figure out what you can do that you enjoy and at the same time will be active in. I for one, incorporate everything I can into an exercise activity for the day. I love to dance, so I dance whenever I can, I love to walk in nice areas and go hiking, so I do that as often as I can, and I love yoga and stretching. But I don’t limit myself to only those activities, when I am with my niece I sometimes play follow the leader with her and dance around the house like a ballerina, and she follows me around and copies me. It is fun for me and for her, and this way I am getting my exercise done at the same time, while babysitting. (I love multi-tasking too!) Or I play sports sometimes at well. As long as you are active, somehow someway, you will be fine. I am not a fitness guru, but I am aware of the amount of activity I do, and it has been good to me so far. I am pretty fit and I don’t try that hard, so it can’t be that bad! You can do any kind of activity at minimum 3 times a week and you will be fine. Walk for an hour 3 times a week if you want. Figure out what is good for you, because everyone is different and everyone enjoys different things and has different needs. If you are trying to lose weight, you may have to work harder, but once you are at your goal, it is quite easy to maintain, but it still takes WORK! If you don't try at all, then you will probably gain weight. Exercising will make you look better and more toned; you can also improve blood flow and circulation through exercise. There are many benefits to exercise, such as your skin tone improving, your whole body looking better, elasticity improvement, and an added glow to your skin. You will even improve your…ahem, sex life if you exercise. Surprising, but true. Eating healthy and exercising can surprisingly, fix some of your flaws the natural way, and it can clear up skin, moisturize the skin, it will even boost your mood and so much more.

Other things you can do besides keeping yourself healthy and exercising is to keep your mindset stable and happy. Your mindset is important in how you reflect yourself onto others. If you are always negative, others will notice and see you as negative. If you are always positive, than others will think of you in a positive light. If something is bothering you, don’t wait, whether it be that you are sick or that you are angry, try to take care of it as soon as possible! Don’t stress yourself out and then take care of it. You will end up tiring yourself, you might make yourself sick, or you might become sicker if you are already sick and haven’t taken care of your problem yet. Don’t procrastinate when it comes to your health and well-being. It will only make matters worse. Taking action right away and in a positive light can help any situation and will help keep your mindset stable and happy. Make sure to take measures on relaxing yourself when you need to, you can do a hobby that you love and that helps you relax or you can read a book, meditate, do some yoga, or whatever you want to do that you think is relaxing. If you think reading is boring, than do something you like that is fun and will keep your mind stress free for a while. It is good to break loose from the work mindset sometimes. As Americans we all get caught up in work Work WORK that we forget to take care of ourselves and live. Then we get stressed out and we wonder where it came from. A lot of people don’t realize that stress causes a number of diseases and illnesses, so keeping stress-free is really the way to be!
So to sum up what we learned to keep beautiful at all times, the natural way, is to basically keep yourself healthy, happy, strong and stress-free. Some of these things may seem hard to do, but taking little steps such as exercising, eating healthy, and keeping a positive outlook on life will solve most of your problems, keep you healthy, keep you beautiful and improve or maintain or beauty all at the same time. And remember, most of these tips will help you live a longer life, and I know most of us want to live to see our grandchildren, or even our great grandchildren!!
