How to Make Your Own body Scrub

Exfoliation is a process of removing dead skin cell to reveal youthful younger looking skin. And because of this you can prevent having acne and blackheads and other skin problem.

There are many products in the market that promise immediate results. Some are very effective to use. But of course natural is still the best to make your skin beautiful.

Exfoliate your skin once a week to remove dead skin cell.

Brown sugar and olive oil body scrub

What you need:

  • 3 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 of tablespoon of olive oil

Procedure:

Combine the entire ingredient to make a paste. Then apply the scrub starting from your toe to head in circular motion, rub gently in circular motion. Then rinse well and pat dry.

  • 3 tablespoon of rock salt or iodize salt
  • 1 1/2 olive oil

Procedure:

Mix the entire ingredients into a small bowl then make sure the rock salt or iodize is cover by olive oil. Mix well until you make a paste. Then rub all over your body from toe to head with circular motion. Then rinse thoroughly then towel dry and apply a moisturizer.

Mix oatmeal and milk in a bowl until you make a paste, then scrub in circular motion like the salt and olive oil or sugar olive oil body scrub. Rinse after you scrub your whole body and see the result immediately.

      Mondkill: Today I tried the oatmeal and milk scrub and felt really great. Next week I will try rock salt and olive oil. In two weeks it will be brown sugar and olive oil. It feels wonderful, healthy, habit-forming, and glowing. Thank you!
