Ten tips for pimpels
Unfortunately everybody has had them or still has them. Spots ore those small red spots on your face. You prefer to crush them one by one, but it’s better not to do that.
So I made a list with 10 tips on it so you can make sure they will not come ore leave quickly.
Tip 1. Drink plenty of water each day. Two liters per day is recommended. If the skin is dry, dead skin cells cannot be jettisoned. Consequently develop clogged pores and acne.
Tip 2. Birth control pill may very well help against acne. The birth control pill helps reduce or even completely let the acne go away. There are many different pills availeble. The Diane 35 seems to be very good against pimples. After a few weeks you skin can be clean. Just try what is best for you.
Tip 3. There are many products on the market that promise a quick solution to acne. Aggressive products to meet the protective fat from the skin. The skin becomes susceptible to infections. When there is too much sebum, the skin will continue to create compensation. This will makes that you will get more pimples. So, make sure you get the right products for your skin.
Tip 4. By squeezing pimples you will get more pimples. They also create scars on the place where you had pimples. You get inflammation and redness. It's better to go to a beauty specialist, before you try things yourself.
Tip 5. Use good skin care products, for example from de pharmacy. In the beginning you will get more pimples. Slowly but increasingly you will see your skin gets cleaner. It takes time and effort, there simply are no panaceas.
Tip 6. Scrub your skin 1 to 2 times a week, it will remove dead skin cells.
Tip 7. Do not use foundation or other makeup that closes al your pores. Rather use a mineral powder.
Tip 8. When you're stressed, your body makes the fabric of cortisol. Cortisol is a major cause of acne. It is important to minimize stress. To reduce stress you can work out or practice yoga. If possible, run in the sun. Your skin will be exposed to sunlight. The sunlight brings large amounts of vitamin D, which is an essential fabric against pimples. Outdoors reduces stress even further, three double so!
Tip 9. Use toothpaste on your pimples, if you use it before going to bed they will be dried in the morning.
Tip 10. Tea tree oil also helps very well against pimples. Thoroughly clean your face and then tip the oil on your pimple.
