Trending Fall Fashions for Women

Updated on November 24, 2015

Fashion for the Season

My favorite time of year is upon us again. It's time to break out the boots and scarves and get ready for cooler days.

Accessorize your Outfits

Accessories are the key to making an outfit look super stylish. Don't leave out the earrings, necklace, or super cool bracelets you have hiding in your jewelry box. Pick a few that go with your outfit to jazz things up a bit.

Scarves are a great addition to many outfits during the fall and winter months. They are fashionable and they add a layer that will keep us warm and cozy. Speaking of layering...

Layering for Fall

Layering clothes as the weather becomes cooler is a great way to stay warm and look stylish. Just like everything in fashion, there is a right way and a wrong way to layer clothes. Some general tips include: wearing the longer thinner tops underneath the shorter thicker tops, using contrasting colors, different cuts, and utilizing accessories to complete the look.

"The only rule is don't be boring and dress cute wherever you go. Life is too short to blend in."
~ Paris Hilton

"In order to be irreplaceable one must always be different"

The Perfect Handbag

Red and brown leather handbags are the perfect fall accessory. Burberry handbags are like heaven for those who can spare about $1500. If not, there are similar styles available from retailers such as Belk or JCPenney.

I like a variety of the more neutral colors like the lady in the top photo. I'm not one to try anything too colorful or daring but these are some cute ideas.

Kidscrafts, I am like you, I HATE shopping for clothes. So, mostly I'm plain Jane when it comes to my outfits. However, these Fall looks are very cute and simple! Thanks for sharing, Leslie! :)

Love the olive color...just don't have much of it in my wardrobe. Thanks for the article and the reminder that Fall is just around the corner!

I decided a long time ago that I like to dress "classical".... let's say I usually don't make a wild statement with my clothes. I hate shopping for clothes so I try to keep it simple. Most of the time I work from home so usually I wear jeans. I also give art workshop for kids.... so I have to wear clothes that can take acrylic paint on those occasions :-)

I have a very good friend who can make a statement just by adding a scarf! I admire that very much!

Thanks for sharing your hub.... and have a great week!
