Upcoming Sneaker Relases To Pay Attention To

Updated on February 22, 2018

It’s always exciting when you see your favorite sneaker get new life in a form of a new colorway, updated look, or just a new silhouette. This year is no exception, and it’s starting off strong with many awesome and very hyped sneakers coming for spring of 2018! So here's your rundown.

The Wotherspoon 97/1

Who would have thought the upper of the 97 would mesh so well with the sole of the 90?

When the Wotherspoon 97 went on sale back in 2017, people went crazy for it. The colors were insane, the silhouette was timeless, and the designer was loved. With retro being the new hip, people are jumping on this shoe and these old silhouettes as fast as they come out. With these colors, the crazy silhouette, and the amazing concept, people will probably snap these up as soon as they hit shelves. The shoe is supposed to release on Air Max day, March 26th. Be on the lookout, because these won't be on shelves for more than an hour.

A plain white NMD HU Trail

Clean. So absolutely clean. I love it

If you have been even remotely involved in sneakers in the past few years, you already know that everyone loves the boost technology. And if you have been around sneakers this past year or so, you know the NMD HUs that Pharrell Williams and Adidas collaborate to create some pretty hyped shoes. Usually, these shoes are crazy and weird colors. This one is a black sheep though, even though it's white. The plain look, the collaboration, and the name of the HU itself will attract everyone who loves sneakers, so snap these up as soon as you possibly can. Because they won't even have a chance to sit on shelves. The shoe is said to release on the 23rd of February, so hurry and try and cop!

The Adidas Y-3 Runner 4D

Futurecraft is great, and Y-3 is going to make it better.

Y-3 is Adidas trying to be a designer shoe brand, and it works really well. Implementing cutting edge Adidas technology with luxury designs (and prices) brings high hype, high sales, and high publicity. The silhouettes always prove to be insanely progressive and attract everyone from your typical hypebeast to streetwear enthusiast. 4D is Adidas' new and cutting edge technology meant to be a 3D printed boost in a way. The current Futurecraft shoe is selling for about 300 dollars, and these Y-3 kicks will most definitely be more. So set aside some cash, and get ready for February 23rd.

The Nike Cortez x Kendrick Lamar Kung Fu Kenny

Let's not lie to ourselves, Kendrick is a legend in rap and hip-hop. He has yet to release a bad album, he is hailed among the rap game as an extraordinary person and musician. And he's a Cali native who grew up in a world where shoes like the Cortez defined the culture. Kendrick, in typical Kendrick fashion, released a humble homage to the shoe and its gargantuan impact on the culture on L.A with the Nike Cortez Kung Fu Kenny. It stands out, it's entirely unique, and it's instantly lovable. This sneaker has since released, and is currently selling for around 350 dollars. However, it is notable because of just how big this release is.

The Nike Air Vapormax 97

Kiss. My. Airs

Nike absolutely loves its Airs. And this is another unlikely fusion that hits it off so well. This time it blends the upper of the Air Max 97 with the more recent Vapormax sole. Needless to say, it will be pretty comfortable, as well as stylish. Hits of neon and black give it that extraterrestrial vibe, and you'll probably feel futuristic hovering on the air of these shoes. Expect these to be around 250 dollars, and mark your calendars for March 9th!

The Atmos x Nike Air Max 90 and 95 Animal Pack

Source

Another treat for Air Max day, Nike shows off the Atmos collab to make the Animal Pack for their signature Air Max 90 and 95 silhouettes. I don't think anyone asked for this, but you know for sure people really want these. Again, mark your calendars for Air Max Day (March 26th) and save up some cash. If you're an Air Max enthusiast, you'll be as stoked as I am for this year's Air Max day.

Which brand are you most excited to see pop up with new shoes this year?

This is the shoe roundup for the next month! So save up, work overtime, and mark calendars! It will be well worth it, trust me. Best of luck to you, may the sneaker gods be ever in your favor sneakerheads.
