All of us dream to look the perfect bride who is "Epitome of Beauty and Femininity" . You want to turn the heads of entire gathering the moment you step in the venue but, you are stuck on how to achieve that outcome. Believe me a perfect bride is not just her attire but even her skin.

Start following the Bridal Diet Charts 6 months prior to your Big Day for that glow. This diet has to richly packed with fresh fruits and vegetables so that you get your fair share of all essential vitamins , minerals and anti-oxidants.I am listing for you a plan that will take take care of your Dietary requirements.

Start your Day : 6:00 - 7:00 am

Early to bed and early to rise is the mantra for overall success so, how could it be left behind when the agenda is as vital as your Wedding. Get ready to Jump Start your day with a Glass of warm water and be free from the morning chores. Have a Bowl of milk with cereals, you can choose your pick from, Kellogs Musli, Baggry's Musli, Quaker Oats, Kellogs corn flakes or the age old Mohuns Corn flakes. All these are easily available at your neighborhood stores. You can enrich these cereals with Fruits or nuts or both. After this head to you park and take a walk. 10- 15 minutes of walking is sufficient to activate the systems of body.

Breakfast :8:30 - 9:30 am

Try to stick to same meal timings everyday so your body gets adjusted to a routine. Have vegetable Sandwiches preferably in brown bread, 1 boiled egg, a glass of milk. You can also have vegetable poha , Idli with coconut chutney or uttapam instead of sandwiches.

Mid-day Snack: 11:00 -11:30 am

Have a handful of nuts with 1-2 pieces each of walnuts, peanuts, almonds, raisins and pistachios. Have a bowl of fruit salad which has some amount of all the fruits ranging from apple, banana, apricots, berries, oranges, guava or any seasonal fruits. Sprinkle little salt and pepper for taste.

What You Eat is What You Become!!

Early Lunch: 1:00- 1:30 pm

Have a balanced diet , include portions of rice and chapati with a serving of salad, curd which can be sweet or salty, vegetables and dal. After lunch rest a while then carry on with your office and routine tasks.

Evening Snack: 4:00 - 5:00

A cup of tea (green tea) or milk with 2-3 multi-grain biscuits, Rusks. you can also add light snacks like Dhokla or Moong chila if you are feeling little too hungry. Have a banana in evening as it will clear the toxins from your system.

Head for an evening walk of about 30 minutes or follow any other active exercise regime that you like. You can join a dance class too, just keep in mind you need to sweat.

Early Dinner: 8:00 - 8:30 pm

Be through with your dinner early so your food is well digested before you sleep. Eat a bowl of salad or mixed veg soup before dinner. have more vegetables in your diet than carbohydrates at this time.

Leisure walk :9:00- 9:30

To light walk with friends and family and just relax yourself. This will help you digest the dinner and ease the load on your system. Also this will help you get the good night sleep.

Early to Bed: 10:00-11:00

Hit your sleep couch the same time everyday, you can read a light book to relax. make sure you sleep for 6-8 hours, this is the beauty sleep and this is the time when your skin will rejuvenate.
