Winter season makes our skin dry by stealing the moisture and natural oil. So, in addition to using different products, we must also ensure that we are eating ample amount of minerals and vitamins in our food. Vitamins such as A and C plays major role in nourishing our skin health. They prevent our skin from getting harmed and activate the growth of skin cells.

Additionally, ingredients present in coconut oil and flax seed oil also help in moisturizing and nourishing the skin. These oils can be added to our diet and used directly on the skin as well.

1. Almonds for Vitamin A: Almonds have many endless benefits. It is enriched with Vitamin A, which plays vital role in providing nutrition to the skin.
