Wicked Dreamy White Lace Lingerie For Men

Updated on October 12, 2009

Inspired by a recent series of pictures submitted to my site, He Wears Panties, by a reader, I've put together this set of reviews of white lace lingerie. There's something very special about white lingerie. Whilst it's not always the most popular amongst women for practical reasons (white shows every little mark and spot,) it is none the less one of the most popular choices of lingerie for brides. Part of this is because it matches the dress and part of this is because it signifies purity and femininity in a way that no other color can. (At least as far as Western culture is concerned, Eastern cultures may view it more as being the lingerie of the dead, which has its own charms.)

Argent Provocatuer

The first two sets of lingerie I'm going to profile are from Argent Provocatuer, a well known designer of dreamy lingerie. (Today's article is brought to you by the word 'dreamy' and the color white.)

Kirsten

They call this 'power mesh', and it consists of a camisole/bustier style top along with pretty white panties, and inexplicably, beige stockings. I'd dump the beige stockings in favor of some nice, pristine white ones, but other than that, this outfit is a definite winner.

I also wouldn't call a lingerie set 'Kristen', I'm not sure why lingerie manufacturers think that they should give their wares women's names. It's all a bit 'it puts the lotion on its skin.'

Case in point:

Person 1: Oh, I love your lingerie! What is it called?

Person 2: Oh this old thing? It's just Kristen.

Person 1: Wasn't Kristen on the back of the milk carton last week?

Also, Kristen is far too wholesome a name for this lingerie.

Faran

Gorgeous bra, cute sexy panties and a waist high girdle that I'm pretty sure just blew my mind. This is amazingly beautiful lingerie, as innovative in design as it is pleasing to look at.

Again with the beige stockings however, I guess Argent Provocatuer wearers don't like to give away any hint of the delights which lie beneath their clothes. Faran is probably a woman's name as well (that's wild speculation on my part, it could be a make of vintage motorcycle for all I know,) but it's less obvious that 'Kristen.'

Olga

Olga also makes a range of very sexy, very comfortable and very white lingerie. Olga is well known in the lingerie world for being the high quality favorites of women and men alike. One of the items of lingerie profiled here, the Secret Hug panty, was voted as women's favorite panties in 2008.

The other pair of panties you'll see here is the hi cut panty, which is a super ultra favorite among men who wear lingerie because it creates feminine lines and great coverage at the same time.

I must say white is my favorite color in lingerie. As for panties of every day wear I love colors though.

Probably the easiest way to source Olga is to purchase it on EBay or Amazon, Kevin :)

I don't know. I know a lot of goth clothing comes out of Japan, and it is generally black. I think Western trends tend to stay as they originated when they travel East. I could be horribly wrong though...

Here's an interesting Japanese trend: http://coisasdemariablog.blogspot.com/2009/07/esti...

      Tangent alert...

If Eastern cultures have goths, do they wear white?
