Avocado is great for normal to dry skin. It is very rich in oils and very moisturising. You can also use it in your hair as a hair mask for dry ends. If you have oily skin, I don't recommend using avocado for your face, it will increase the oil production and your face will look greasy and your pores may clog causing breakouts.
If your skin type is oily try switching the avocado for banana which is also moisturising but it isn't oily, it will also give a healthy glow to your skin.
