Excessive plucking can do so much damage to the skin below the eyebrows and the eyebrows themselves. I know this because I was into excessive plucking before, when it was all the rage to have sleek eyebrows.
I've grown my eyebrows, however, since I realized that natural-looking eyebrows make me look younger and fresher.
Here's what I did to grow back my eyebrows. Hopefully, this routine would work for you, too :-)
- I did (still do) threading instead of plucking.
- I massaged (still do) my eyebrows with virgin coconut oil to moisturize them and the skin under them.
- While I was waiting for my eyebrows to grow back, I'd use an eyebrow pencil and brow gel just to make my eyebrows look thicker than they actually were.
