Why do some young and not so young women wear the equivalent of a shirt as a dress?

I see these types of dresses with bare legs in broad daylight, warm, and cold weather in places such as shopping malls and restaurants.

I wish I could answer that. I don't have any male friends that like it...unless they're looking for an easy one night stand...and some of the girls are so young...I worry for them! My brother has always said that the police should pick them up for indecent exposure; which I agree with. One night in a bar, I was walking up the stairs behind a girl who not only had on a skirt that was missing it's bottom half, but she was going 'without' and hadn't even made the effort to shave! I now have a picture in my head that I will never be able to erase.

I'm a girl and when I see other girls wearing those things, I wonder if they know what it means. Sadly, most of them don't.
I guess in their mind they think that it's rather "sexy" and a lot of people think that "sexy" is good. So yeah.. neutral

why not. why are so many people so afraid of nudity or people showing their bodies. if we could quit judging people , we would be a lot better off.

I feel sorry for what you've witnessed smzclark, but I do not have any bleach to get that image out of your head. I also am a lady and I've seen too much of this unflattering clothing. The "dresses" do not cover their rear ends, chests, or both. Perhaps they are seeking attention but all that I see them getting is negative attention from both sexes and all ages. If a guy wants to talk to them, it is only with a single goal in mind.
