Try olive oil. You can use it to shave with instead of shaving cream for a nice smooth feel. It's really refreshing.

Drink more water. Ever since I started drinking more water, my dry skin problem disappeared.
Doing excercises, plenty of drinks (8 glass per day) and eat small meals though the day balanced with protein, vegetable fats and low glycemic carbohydrates.
