Hi kellyteam. Well if you crave sweet things often, I would ask how much fruit you are eating. It could simply be that your body craves sweet things because you are not getting enough fruit. Hope that helps!

Your welcome! YEARS ago, I read a book by Suzanne Somers. Eat Great, Lose Weight. With the food combing and how the French only eat fruit on an empty stomach, and smaller portions. French are thin.High Fructose Corn Syrup is proven to be bad! Smiles!

This is definitely true. Lots of people do not drink enough water and try to fill up on food instead. You should drink a full glass of water before each meal. Then, you should watch your food proportions.
