Everyone seems to perspire in different areas but to help cope with this the most important thing is to cool you body. You could try carrying a small fan around which may help but the most important thing is to keep hydrated, avoiding sodas and anything with caffeine in.
Some cultures believe that actually having a hot drink in hot weather helps cool your inner temperature of your body as the hypothalamus (temperature regulator inside) has to work less to get your body to a certain temperature. I get hot quite easily too and sometimes it's hard to fight genetics but then I don't feel the cold much at all.
Careful with any perfumes as well as if they contain alcohol which dries the skin out and can make your face more prone to perspiration.
