Anything that makes you look ten years younger is going to boost your ego: It's a FACT! ;-)

I guess it depends on the person and what's causing them to not feel confident. If I dyed my hair, it wouldn't change my self-confidence because I think I have tons of it. For me, all it would do is change the color of my hair.

Yes, although gray hair can work if it is growing out beautifully, but this usually does not happen. That being said, my cousin, who is my age, has nearly all white hair. It's a beautiful shade and she looks so pretty with it--even better than when she was dying her hair back to it's original shade of light brown. Strange, but true. I've tried going gray, but it just looks all wrong. It doesn't grow out evenly. So, the short answer is that--it depends upon the hair more than the woman, at least, in my case.

savydating some grey hairs can be really difficult.

I think it can and probably most women do but I see women who may be better looking with a touch of grey than dyed coal black, bleached blonde white or drastic shades that make them look like they are starring in a mummy movie. I think it can make them look even older or maybe just point out that they are aging. I think softer colors in hair and lipsticks are best for ladies aging. Not that I know any, lol

Yes you are so right sometimes the hair dye color makes them look even older.

Absolutely!  Although, I am considering highlights now to usher in the graying of my hair color.  A woman always feels more confident if her hair is cut well and combed just right.
