One of the most simple things many forget is proper hydration goes a long way - and by that I mean water. coffee, tea and soda tend to have a drying effect. Also, reducing sugar consumption helps greatly. Sugar ages the skin like nothing else. As for moisturizing - stay away from heavy, unnecessary chemicals. I am 40 with hardly a line in my face. I moisturize a few times a week with plain coconut oil. Sometimes I'll use a light, very natural skin cream with alphalipoic acid in it (it's a natural substance that promotes cell turnover and smooths skin) The problem with many commercial products is that they add preservatives, alcohol and other items that dry and stress the skin - so while it moisturizes temporarily, ultimately it continues to damage.
