My dress code is to wear clothes I can exercise in at times when I have the opportunity to exercise. If I wear clothes that I can exercise in then I am more likely to exercise. At home I spend a lot of time wearing shorts or track pants. That way I can exercise while I watch TV or even when I am waiting for the toaster. Outside I wear exercise clothes while I am biking or hiking. While using my computer I will take quick exercise breaks.
When I am not planning on exercising I mainly wear comfortable clothes that look good. I don't like fancy uncomfortable clothes such as the shirts with buttons that press against my throat.
