For the women I wonder if you buy clothing too big; just for comfort or are you hung up on sizes?

I know several women who just will not buy bigger than their size for vanities sake would you call it? My mom was like that & she was a little heavy at this time I am thinking of & I would buy her a little larger to hang looser around her which I think just looks better on heavy women than buttons looking like they are going to pop. She acted offended for a good while and then I started buying us tops alike (different color) would buy mine same size I bought her and they looked so cute and came down long over my slacks or jeans & so she started getting over it. Do you have a prob over sizing?

I probably wore mine a little tighter too in my youth; but come to think of it my mom always bought my clothes for me a little big so they would fit me longer when she bought my clothes! Of course I imagine most moms did that.

I do too; I think so many women just don't realize how a looser fit would actually make them look thinner.

Yes; of course we are not suppose to say that but we all know the difference and that it is true to a point.

I think so too; they don't have to be baggy or bummy looking.

So sorry to hear that; but yes our looser clothing can hide so much as we age; I think.
