    The one way I do it on my own hair is a ponytail cut.  I put a rubber band in my hair to the length I want it and cut just below the pony tail

    i cut my own hair!, I leave my hair long to my waist line and then I look at the mirror in the bathroom, of course remove all the clothes and use a big sharp scissors to snip off the bundle of hair. Grab one side, cut at shoulder length, Then grab the other sides, let the hair meet the shorter one and cut it. You might get one short, one long but you can trim them

    make sure all the strands are as even as you can get it, whether by wetting the hair or straightening it firs, then simply divide the hair in 2 sections half up half down, cut the lower half using the rubberband method over your shoulder and the upper half using the rubberband method again, but this time bring all the hair forward in front the face. The hair should be evenly and bluntly cut using this at home method.
