I use Vaseline and terry sock real often on my feet and get great reviews from my doctor so they must be pretty good compared to most feet she sees. Do you have a special treatment you would like to share? Photo>glogster.com

Pre-run massage? Never thought of that; probably a great idea.
I use to love barefoot; well I still do inside and I really messed up my toes bad as a kid stumping them on rocks all the time and then I had to keep it hid from my mom so she wouldn't pour on alcohol!

I pretty much wear shoes anymore; houseshoes in the house of course. As kid though I went barefoot everywhere but to visit relatives or in a store and I was rarely in a store. There was my four younger brothers & me so that was not easy or fun!
Chili powder...don't know if I am brave enough for that; but I keep coconut oil.
Sounds great Rachel; I have never been brave enough for a pedicure out somewhere, but I do take pretty good care of them. Seems people's feet really get in bad shape.
There was something years ago I use to use for cracked feet and now the name just will not come; seems it had something to do with horses, lol, but I don't know. Maybe someone else will mention it. It really was good and not too pricey.

Jackie, one fresh lemon - squeeze it in a bowl to extract its juice. Then put 6 table spoons of sugar. Mix it well to make a paste. Make sure it's not too liquid. And then rub it all over your foot. It’ll kill the dead cells. Peace.

Thank you Surabhi, for sharing this wonderful knowledge about feet health maintenance. Reflexology sounds great. I should try it for my feet. I heard about acupressure, wearing some special footwear to stimulate blood circulations. But it hurts feet
Oily skin - half a banana and 2 spoons of honey mixed in a bowl.
Dry skin - chick pea powder mixed with curd and turmeric power.
Sensitive skin - 2 spoons of cucumber juice mixed with 2 spoons of curd.
