Back Exposure - Way to Impress at Prom!

Showing your glamorous back is a fabulous way to grab attention, be it a wedding, a senior prom or a club night. The open back dresses are one of the most popular styles for women who worry about their body shape and their lack of ample cleavage for special occasions. Being sexy does not only mean cleavage or legs. If you have toned back muscles, stun your friends with a backless gown, and guys will hardly be able to look away from you on the dance floor. Prom is always exciting! For this occasion, you have the opportunity to wear stunning open back dresses in a short or long style to ooze red carpet glamour.

Tips: When wearing a backless gown, make sure that you invest in a strapless, backless bra so you have adequate support in the front.

Vowslove.com offers a variety of special event dresses, with daring open back designs, from wedding dress to prom gowns. Add a drama touch to your wedding look with a statement back detail. Bold yet elegant, the low back design is a great way to make fashion statement on your big day.

Let the Back Show

So you decide go statement back for your big day! Keep the following tips in mind and let your back show!

1. Practice proper posture. Straight posture will make your back look its best, but a bent, hunched over back looks significantly less attractive. So, hold your head high, your shoulders back, and your chest out on your big day!

2. Minimize your accessories. If you aim to show off your toned back, minimize your accessories to your outfit, as too many accessories would draw attention away. Also avoid accessories that cover your neck or back.

3. Pin up your hair. You may have long, luxurious locks. Wear your hair up to fully show off your back when you opt for a dress with statement back design. Or play peek-a-boo by allow part of your hair drape down your back to achieve a more demure look.

So, which style would you try for a special event?

I sure do love backless dresses especially the key-hole back dresses. Now that I am an older gal, I wouldn't have the dip go too far south - but I can still pull off a lot of style with this fashion.

This is a fun lens and very timely with prom right around the corner and, of course, the spring and summer wedding dresses.
