One Of The Best Men's Electric Shaver

Updated on June 7, 2016

Men's Electric Shaver

One Of The Best Men's Electric Shaver I have ever found for my husband has been the Braun Pulsating electric shaver. He can easily keep it sanitized with the self-cleaning module that came with it. He feel just like he shaved with a regular razor without all the fuss. He keeps it with him whenever he travels and find that because it is holds a charge for so long he can use it anywhere.

When I first got him his new electric shaver he was not thrilled, he had always used a razor and shave cream and didn't plan on switching. He said it worked all those years why should he change now. After owing his Braun shaver for a few months he gave it a try. His first shave with his pulsating razor was so easy he was also amazed at how close the shave was. He said it felt like his old lather shave. He was hooked from that point on and now takes his Braun everywhere. I have even witnessed him shaving in the car when we travel.

I am thrilled he liked it so much. I always like to do my research before I get him something and I must say it paid off this time. It was a gift that has kept him looking good for some time now. This way one of the best ideas I've had as far as he's concerned. Since the replacement blades and screen are so readily available he never has trouble finding them. He says it easier than changing a blade on a standard razor. He loves his new shaver and takes it with him where ever he goes. I have even seen him use it in the boat while he was fishing.

Electric Shavers and Gifts

An electric shaver makes an ideal gift. Father's Day and Graduation gifts of electric shave make a wonderful gift. Stop worrying about what to get your man. Consider the needs of the person you are buying for and make your choice from there.

College students are always on the go and shaving in the morning before classes can be difficult. An electric shaver make the day go smoother as well as the face. There are so many options choose carefully for the man in your life.

Since shavers have many advantages over razors the make nice gifts.

  • Manual razors need shave creme to wet the skin and usually requiring some type of after-shave cream or lotion.
  • The skin can become nicked and cut from manual razors.
  • The manual shaving take a lot longer since it requires many shaving strokes over various sections of the face in order to get a clean close shave and smooth skin. Also, it takes time to lather up those areas that are difficult to get the first time around.
  • Manual shaver need to have blade replaced more frequently and are more likely to cost more money over time. The cost of a good razor and blade has become very expensive over the years.

I am a long time Braun user (5+ years) and was excited to see a new model when my previous razor suffered a tragic death in the swimming pool

I need a new one, so will look seriously at these suggestions, particularly the Wet & Dry model, which sounds a good idea. There is a neutral comparison site in Britain, so I'll check out what they say about this model, but thanks for the tip. I've never used a Braun, but they sound reliable and solid.

Great Lens! I'm thinking of asking Santa for one of these. I was just wondering how often does your good man have to change the blade unit on hid Braun?

I tried one about 20 years ago and was not happy but the technology has advanced and I might try one again.

My chap has always been a wet shave kinda guy, but with the price of blade getting crazier, he may crack.
