Buying Cheap Authentic Air Jordan Shoes

Updated on February 21, 2012

Nike Air Jordans Don't Have to Cost a Fortune

Make sure you only buy true authentic Air Jordan shoes. Get the lowest prices on Air Jordan shoes checking out this lens.

With all the hype about Air Jordan basketball shoes, arguably the greatest luxury basketball shoe ever made year after year, it is hard to find these things. If you are not careful you can spend a fortune on these shoes, but follow some of these guidelines and you will get a great deal on cheap authentic Jordan shoes.

How to Spot Fake Jordans - See the difference between real authentic Jordans and fake Jordan shoes

Where to Buy Air Jordans These Days

Where to Find Cheap Authentic Air Jordans?

I have found a great store online for buying Jordan shoes here.

----------

If you have ever seen a store that sells Air Jordans on the day the new ones are released, then you know how popular this shoes is. No other basketball shoe line or brand has been able to come close to Nike's Air Jordan line. With so many of the rare Jordan shoes being sought after, however, they can be very tricky to find. You will want to make sure you have the best basketball shoe on the market by buying only quality authentic Air Jordans.

To find cheap authentic Air Jordans you can look online at many different websites. Some of these have a limited stock of Jordans and the most popular AJ shoes are usually sold out. Because the average retail shoe store sells out of Air Jordans in such a short period of time, it can be easy to give up. You can line up at Footlocker at 4am to try to get the newest Jordans or Air Jordan retro shoes if you want to, but for the rest of us there is a better option.

When you google Air Jordan shoes you will see how many various websites there are claiming to sell the latest and greatest Air Jordan shoes. The bigger the inventory of the Air Jordan store, usually means the better the prices because they can be more competitive. In my experience I have found the best deals on authentic Air Jordans from website aucitons. This is the best option for finding other kinds of Jordan shoes too like the Air Jordan Spizike and Dub Zero. An ebay store will also have a huge selection of Air Jordan shoes. At an ebay store you will be amazed how many Jordans are actually available. And the stock is changing every day so you can always look for a great deal no one else has seen yet. You don't have to spend a fortune or a sleepless night to get your Air Jordan shoes. Just be a frugal shopper.

Cheap Jordan Shoe Sites

Does not get better than this

If you are on this website you probably already have a great appreciation for great shoes like the Air Jordans. You know that it is one of the best basketball sneakers ever made by man, but sometimes that comes with a pretty hefty price tag. But thankfully, you don't have to spend a lot to own a pair of Jordans now. You can save a fortune by checking out BuyJordanShoes.com and checking a pretty huge selection. Not only do they have all the Air Jordans from 1 -23, but they also have the AJF12, the Melos, Air Jordan Dub Zeros, Air Jordan Spizike and more. It's worth a look anyway if you are looking for cheap Jordan shoe sites.

Air Jordan Carmelo Basketball Shoes

Very Hot Jordan Shoes For Sale

Check out these amazing shoes. People are loving the Air Jordan Carmelo Shoes. Very chic and stylish while very comfortable and supportive, the Air Jordan Carmelo is a shoe people will be talking about for a very long time. You can check out great prices on the Jordan Melo shoes by checking out BuyJordanShoes.com.

So What Are Those Air Jordan Spizike Shoes All About?

Check out the Spizike Shoes

The Air Jordan Spizike was designed to pay homage to the man Spike Lee, whose commercials for Air Jordan shoes were famous in their time.

The Air Jordan Spizike is a very unique shoe in that it emcompasses several different Air Jordan shoes. The Spizike takes shoe deisgnes from the Air Jordan 3, Jordan 4, Jordan 5, Jordan 6, Jordan 9, and the Air Jordan 10.

There is no other Jordan shoe like it and has been a huge hit. Of course there are some who just absolutely hate the shoe, but such is the nature of new designs.

One crazy fact about these shoes is that when they first came out they were only available in stores in the U.S. that were based along Interstate 95. This plot was an idea of Spike Lee that the company followed and caused a lot of demand for the shoes.

Buy the Jordan Dub Zero Shoe and Pay Tribute to the Jordan Designers - Hats off to Tinker Hatfield

The Jordan Dub Zero shoe is not just an inspirations of several other Air Jordan shoes but it is also a tribute to the designer of the shoes, Tinker Hatfield. The Dub Zero came out in 2006 and is a conglomeration of 7 other Air jordans.

* The lazer etching comes from the Air Jordan 20

* Back leather woven on the shoes inspired by the Air Jordan 15

* The over all shape and contour of the shoe came from the Air Jordan 13

* Imprint on the tongue came from the AJ 12

* Patent leather cam from the Air Jordan 11

* The loop on the back is from the Air Jordan 6

* and the midsole and sole of the Jordan Dub Zero were inspired by the Air Jordan 4

There are a lot of fake Dub Zero shoes out there so make sure you are getting the right stuff when you do your shopping.

What I Love About the Air Jordan 13 Shoes

Not only was it the shoe Jordan wore to break a ton of records

Yes, Jordan was wearing the AJ 13 shoe when he broke the record for scoring double-digits in the most consecutive games in a row as well as leading the Bulls to another championship game, but I love these AJ 13's because of their comfort and class. Even the cushion-like exterior makes these shoes feel like they belong in a museum rather than on someones feet.

For me the infatuation with Air Jordan 13 basketball shoes will continue no matter how many more Air Jordans they make. Just look at the pic below to see how sweet these kicks really are.

Is the Air Jordan 11 the Most Popular Air Jordan Shoe of All Time?

No Air Jordan shoe has caused more hype or sold out quicker at retail stores like the Air Jordan XI (11). This Jordan shoe has caused quite a stir through the years and it is hard to find a real, authentic pair of Air Jordan 11's for under $300.00 even on eBay. Tinker Hatfield was the designer of this shoe and wanted this shoe to really cross the line of quality and craftsmanship in shoes. This shoe was made out of materials never used before in a basketball sneaker and has the look of a convertible car, as it's design intended.

The Air Jordan 11's were both supportive and lightweight. It is the epitome of what Air Jordan shoes have represented.

How to Tell if a Pair of Air Jordan Shoes Are Authentic or Not

There are many ways to tell if Air Jordans are fake or not, and since this shoe is so very popular, more people try to benefit off of it.

But as a rule of thumb, the most important thing to do when trying to tell if the Jordan shoes are authentic is to really KNOW the real thing. You should already know exactly how the real Jordan shoe is supposed to look. Every detail inside and out should be fresh in your mind so you can make a wise decision.

Also, if the price is way too low to be true, it probably is. Jordan 11's, one of the most popular Jordan shoes of all time, is often mimicked and the price can now range $400 and up. So if you see a pair of Jordan 11's going for $75.95, don't even bother with them.

Also, remember that the only pair of Jordans to come with a Jumpman keychain were the Jordan 1's, so if it's anything other than a Jordan I and comes with that keychain, just say no.

Also, do you homework as to when the production date was. If you know that Jordan shoe was last made in 2002, and the shoe has a production date of 2005, you know it's a fake. Keep in mind the Jordan retro dates as well.

Quality will also be a big indicator. Air Jordans have always emphasized quality in craftsmanship, so if the shoes are falling apart or seem cheap, they probably are not real. Also, check out the logo. Is it a bit deformed or off in some way. Producers of fake shoes don't emphasize quality too much so it should be pretty obvious really.

You can really see the difference in this comparison of fake and authentic Jordans.

Here are the fake Air Jordans:

And here are the REAL, AUTHENTIC Jordans:

The difference even in the quality of the appearance is amazing!

I have yet to see a cheap Air Jordan sneaker. A friend of mine bought an authentic sneaker from an online store, which was marketing heavily. He got himself a pair of fake Air Jordan paying $160 USD. Not disclosing the store on the internet, but becareful of discounts.

btw, anyone knows the release date of the Air Jordan 6 retro in sport blue, checked the internet and couldn't find any info. The best I could get was at Alpha Styles AIr Jordan Sneakers telling it is TBA, no information I guess.

Very interesting lens! I've always wondered about how many Air Jordan's there were and the story behind them, etc. so this was a really fun lens to read! The Spizike looks really cool and I absolutely love the Dub Zero! (Your 'authentic' pic isn't showing in your module right before the guestbook - would love to see that!

      Love the lens!

Just wanted to give you a heads up that the Dub Zeros you pictured are actually fakes. Here is a link to some authentic Dub Zeros. I think it would be awesome if you built more on the page about each model of the like you did on your site. Nice work!
