I've been using coconut oil for years, I cook with it, massage my skin with it and its great to use on babies. I don't use baby oil because it contains mineral oil (pores clogger).

      Sorry for the late response, had some set backs! To answer your question, yes coconut oil will enter into your blood stream.

      A matter a fact, anything you put on your skin will enter your blood stream. There is an old saying if you can't eat it, don't use it, because everything ends up in your blood stream. Unfortunately even the the lotions we rub on our skin, the soap, body wash that we use for bathing etc. all ends up in our blood stream. Hope this helps! All the best.
