Earring Jackets add Style to your Studs
Dress Up Your Diamond Studs with Beautiful Earring Jackets
If you have a favorite pair of diamond (or other gemstone) studs, you can quickly and easily change your look simply by adding a pair of earring jackets.
Earring jackets are jewelry components that you add to earring studs by slipping the post of the earring through a hole in the jacket. They are interchangeable depending on the size of the stud. Some, like the ones shown here, are usable with any size of stud or pearl earring.
My Favorite Earring Jackets!
What a happy customer had to say: "I purchased these on sale and liked them so much, I wanted to have them appraised and insured in case I lost them. My local jeweler just appraised them at 5x the regular price. The jackets I rec'd looked to me (and my jeweler) to be GHI color and SI2 clarity.I wear these with my .54 ctw diamond studs (that's .27 each side) and they fit, though the studs sit higher than the jackets. If you want them to sit flush, you'd have to wear them with .40-.50 ctw studs.I was thrilled and wear these with diamond studs, and also with 4mm amethyst and blue topaz (in sterling silver) studs I purchased through Amazon for about twenty bucks per pair. These jackets give you a lot of versatility and a lot of sparkle for the great price."
I have always loved earring jackets because they are an easy way to change the look of basic studs. I am more of a pearl girl, and jackets work wonderfully with pearls as well as gemstones. There are hundreds of different styles available to accentuate whatever style of earrings you like to wear. Below, I have displayed a few of my favorites that are being sold by Amazon.
Should I send this page to my husband to "proof-read"? (wink, wink) Or, is that too obvious?
