How to get rid of wrinkles naturally with facial excercises

Many of us are not aware of facial exercises. We all are busy exercising for the rest of our body and neglecting our face which is very important if you want to look young and beautiful. Apart from few important things like taking proper diet and sleeping well, giving a few minutes a day for face exercise can do wonder. It can minimize the Wrinkles and bring back the elasticity to the skin and helps in tightening of the skin.

If you want to increase volume of your cheeks and get rid of the wrinkles, want to look less tired and brighter here are five very easy exercises for beautiful and youthful face.

1) Fill your mouth with air and move it from one cheek to the other, then blow it out. Do this every day for three minutes.

Benefit: It’s a good exercise for sagging cheeks as it tighten the skin and encourages blood flow. Face will become youthful.

2) Hold your cheeks with your palm and massage your cheek from bottom to top then in the outward direction. Repeat this 10-12 times once in a day.

Benefit: Massaging encourages blood flow. This exercise helps in increasing the volume in upper cheeks, cheeks get fuller and skin glows.

3) With your fingertips stretch your lips corners for 10 seconds. Remember that the upper lip should be in touch with the lower lip. Hold it for 10 seconds then release and repeat 5 times

Benefit: By doing this every day the lower part of face looks more defined and lips look fuller.

4) Put your index finger tips at the inner corner of your both eyebrows then gently trace your brows with little stretch and move it till the corner of the brows hold the tension for 10 sec. Repeat it 5 times.

Benefit: This exercise will help reduce the wrinkle around the eye area.

5) Put your palms on both of your eyebrows and apply some pressure on forehead now try to raise your eyebrows up and down this will support the forehead skin and will prevent from wrinkling.

Benefit: This exercise will prevent the wrinkles on forehead.

However you can do these exercises anytime and anywhere but if you start by doing this in front of mirror you will have better idea of which muscles you need to concentrate or figure out your problem area. Do it in your privacy of home because you are going to make funny faces. This exercises can be done randomly you don’t have to do forehead first and then cheeks or lips.

Procedures like botox or cosmetic surgery are very expensive and painful instead using this natural and simple techniques give you youthful look. It tightens all the skin from within and its perfect for all age, one can start these exercise from there mid-twenties and it’s never too late to start.

So start doing it now and within a month you will see a drastic change because face muscles are very small.
