Ideas - taking care of your skin
Let's face it! When it comes to our skin, aging, the elements, and how we care for ourselves all play a part in whether we have a youthful glow or a leathered-look. Here are some basic tips to care for your skin, from the inside out:
Drink plenty of water. A good rule of thumb; divide your weight in half and that is how many ounces of water you should drink to maintain a healthy body.
Take a good daily multi-vitamin. Make sure that the formula suits your body.
Be faithful with your daily routine of cleansing, toning, and moisturizing. Use a mask 1-2 times per week.

The Best in Witch Hazel - Aromatherapy and pure goodness
For the first time, Rose Thayer's formula for soft, youthful looking skin is available. Rose, the niece of Dr. Henry Thayer, used this toner to look 10 years younger, naturally. The secret formula uses rose petal water blended with witch hazel extract, certified organic aloe vera and vitamin E. Witch hazel helps tighten pores and to smooth and beautify skin, without drying. Thayers proprietary witch hazel extract (derived from the bark) is not distilled, thereby maintaining all the beneficial natural tannins.
