- Micro Fiber, is most times made out of a percentage of 90% Polyester, 9% Nylon, 1% Spandex... these are very comfortable but there is a warning for people who have problems with Polyester.
- Cotton, is all natural.. cotton grows on a plant and is often found blowing around through the air southern side of the states. This fabric would be allergen free and soft, cotton can shrink in the dryer if it's not labeled "Preshrunk" Cotton is also very warm.
- Polyester, is a man made fabric, Polyester may not be the best for people with sensitive skin, can sometimes be scratchy... but also can be very, very soft depending on how its made. Usually warm, and more "Fuzzy"

Remember This While Buying Fuzzy Socks
Fuzzy socks could be produced from wool or wool-nylon blends, or spandex Lycra blends. However a few people do have an allergic reaction to polyester; in that case it is better to choose either wool-nylon blends or perhaps cotton.
However, if you do not have a problem with polyester in that case they are usually the most effective for making fuzzy socks. It just about all depends on your preference. When buying cotton fuzzy socks make sure that they've been "pre-shrunk" other wise just once in the dryer can have a tendency to shrink them. But many individuals like to air dry them since it tends to not take away their "fuzziness".
