Tips to Make Your Hair Grow Longer Faster

How do you get your hair to grow faster? There are a lot of ways to help your hair grow longer quickly. We all want those beautiful long, shiny locks of hair that they show on commercials. Normal hair growth is only six to eight inches per year. Dry air, pollution, chemical hair products, and eating poorly can make our hair fragile and breakable.

In order to maximize hair growth we need to encourage healthy hair care. There are natural products without harsh chemicals, to strengthen and thicken limp hair. Nourishing your scalp and hair, increasing scalp circulation, and stimulating hair follicles will help to make your hair grow longer and faster. Healthy hair not only looks great, but it feels good too. These tips will help you boost your hair growth.

Follicle Stimulation

Laser and Infrared Treatments for Hair

Laser hair treatment bathes the hair follicles with a stimulating laserlight. It works by energized the weakened follicles and increases cellular metabolism. Laser light hair treatment increases the blood circulation around the hair follicles which is beneficial to growth. This treatment helps to regrow hair because the stronger hair follicles stimulate regrowth and thicken the hair shafts. You'll see healthy locks of hair after a couple of months of treatments.

If your hair is falling out it usually means the hair is breaking because of dryness. Keeping your hair and scalp moisturized with also help with bad dandruff.

Often a hair mask will only need to be used once a week and are easy to use. Most are applied after you shampoo and then rinsed out. Keeping your hair healthy and moisturized will encourage hair growth.

Topical Treatments

Shampoos, Conditioners, Serums

Shampoos, conditioners and serums contain amino acids, minerals, and vitamins that provide nourishment to the hair follicles and can help make your hair healthier. They increase the overall look of your hair making it appear longer and fuller. Some people have experienced new hair growth and thicker hair with the use of specialized shampoos and serums.

Vitamin B and E help to reduce stress which can promote hair growth. It's suggested that taking a multi-vitamin daily will help with overall hair health.

I use "Boost it" by L'oreal. It's pretty amazing. Makes my hair fuller. I have tried many products. None of them worked. If Boost it stops working I'll have to be back on the search for good hair products. I enjoy your Lenses.

I have curly, fairly thick hair that tends to go all "floof" when it's humid. Mostly it's just a matter of combing it back when it gets too bad and getting someplace where it's not so humid. I don't mess with it much but people still like how my hair looks.

I had always loved my hair, but now I'm disheartened with it. While I have been having some allergic reaction, and been stressed, my hair has thinned. I don't know what to do, and will study your tips.
