Quick, Easy to Make Homemade Drinks For Curing Acne

We all experience episodes of mild to extreme acne at some point of time in our life. Having acne is disturbing and depressing and at the same time, badly affects our confidence and the way we look. We try all possible hacks and medications for that quick instant relief, but all medications come with huge number of side effects.
Today I shall give you’ll some tasty, yummy and easy to make homemade drinks for curing acne.

1. OATMILK AND CARROT SHAKE

OAT MILK

  • Have heard many people claim that dairy products aggravates their acne, so oat milk is perfect substitute for people who are allergic to dairy or are avoiding dairy for some reason.
  • Oat milk has many healthy properties and is full of nutrients.

CARROT

  • Carrots are very rich source of vitamin A (carotene), which is very essential for healthy skin.



RECIPE

Water
1 cup
Carrot

Almond
2-3
Honey
1 tsp.

Method

  • For oat milk – soak oats (1 cup) in water overnight. Blend it and sieve it using muslin cloth.
  • Chop carrot and almond.
  • Now in a blending jar add chopped Carrot, Almond, Oat milk and Honey and blend it, add water if required and drink.

2. SPINACH , CARROT AND TURMERIC DRINK

SPINACH

  • Spinach is super food and it loaded with nutrients. It is an excellent source of vitamin A, C, E and K, iron, magnesium, vitamin B6 etc.
  • This super food has tons of skin and hair benefits.

TURMERIC

  • Turmeric is used in India for thousands of years.
  • Turmeric contains curcumin and is the main active ingredient of turmeric, which has powerful antimicrobial property.

Water

Carrot

Turmeric
1/2 tsp.
Lime juice (optional)
1 tsp.

Method

  • Chop carrot and spinach and process it in a mixer by adding water.
  • Add turmeric powder and lime juice and mix it and drink.

3. ORANGE , BEETROOT, CAPSICUM AND TOMATO DRINK

ORANGE

  • Oranges are rich in vitamin C and are very beneficial for skin.

BEETROOT

  • Beetroot contains iron, magnesium, potassium, vitamin A, C and B6. It also contains antioxidants.

CAPSICUM

  • Capsicum contains capsaicin and use of capsicum regularly makes skin very healthy.

TOMATO

  • Tomatoes are very good source of vitamin C, K, B6, A, E, copper, manganese etc. and is very beneficial for skin and hair.

4. TOMATO, ALFALFA SPROUTS, SPIRULINA, CUCUMBER DRINK

SPIRULINA

  • It is a source of protein, minerals, vitamins and antioxidants and has more calcium than milk. (The powder is easily available in organic stores)

ALFALFA SPROUTS

  • It is a very good source of vitamin A, calcium, protein, iron, magnesium, etc.

CUCUMBER

  • Cucumber has mild diuretic property with help cleanse the body. Also it’s a very good source of vitamin C, K and potassium.

5. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

  • It is type of vinegar made from apple and has many health benefits.

Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp.
Water
1 cup

Method

  • Take 1 tsp. of apple cider vinegar and dilute with 1 cup of water and drink it.
