How to Make your Hair Grow fast with Biotin

Updated on May 19, 2010

Want to make your hair grow fast with Biotin? It is very effective for people with thinning hair. Biotin for hair growth is a natural process that can make your hair grow longer. This vitamin has proved to be a working miracle since most people taking it report 2 inches a month. Most of us only grow our hair at a rate of 1-1.5 inches per month based on our lifestyle and health. To get the full effects of Biotin, follow these steps closely.

Healthy Food promotes Hair Growth!

Eat a healthy diet full of greens and fruits each day. All vitamins need to be taken with a serving of veggies. If you can, before taking Biotin - accompany it with a glass of v8 juice.

Give your hair a boost

Use VitaTress shampoo to aid in hair growth. It also contains Biotin along with the minerals your hair requires to grow. Make sure you use both the shampoo and conditioner to make your hair grow longer with Biotin.

Super Potency Biotin

Super Potency Biotin caps is the best form of Biotin to take. You could take the powered form but it might be distasteful. The caps contain about 120 in one bottle. About 4-8 grams should be taken daily and there are no side effects since it is a b7 vitamin. You should start seeing noticeable results within two months.

Protect yourself

If you want to make your hair grow fast with Biotin, make sure you take Pantothenic Acid while taking it. There are many reports of people experiencing breakouts of taking this Biotin. You"ll also want to start with low doses or you can also get hair in unwanted areas of your body.

Where can I purchase Biotin for Hair Growth?

It is located in your local grocery store. CVS Pharmacy, Safeway, or Walmart will have it. You'll find it in the vitamin or medicine aisles. You can also purchase Biotin online for deeper discounts.

Biotin is really great for hair health and although you have have yeast problems I don't think taking biotin pills will affect you. I came across an article on www.biotinconditioner.com on Biotin Side Effects and although there are some, they seem to be pretty rare. I also use a biotin conditioner and I think applying it topically can assist in hair health as well.

Hey, I'm not sure if vitamins actually work or not because I followed a different mantra to cure hair fall. My mantra is:

      1) Used An effective hair solution like Parachute Advansed Therapie Hair Vitaliser to control hair fall.

      2) A reputed shampoo and conditioner.

      3) A healthy and nutritious diet comprising fruits and green vegetables rich in vitamins.

      4) Good sleep to relax well.

      5) Exercises like yoga, aerobics and jogging.

      6) Ate snacks like nuts and almonds in the evening and avoided junk food.
