You don't have to wrap the whole body.......Unless you want too.

Rules to keep the inches Off!

* Do not eat anything after 6:30 pm.

* Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day to flush the toxins and impurities out of your system.

* Do not shower for at least 6 to 8 hours after the wrap. Since the ingredients are still working on the body even after the wraps are removed.

* Do not drink alcoholic beverages; limit your salt, sugar & caffeine intake. Avoid carbonated beverages and starches.
