Minnie Mouse Sleepwear: Perfect for little girls

What is it about Minnie Mouse?

My granddaughters are both geniuses, of course. This goes without saying. (And I imagine that if you have grandchildren, then yours are too, aren't they?) Even before she could walk, my youngest was in love with Mickey Mouse. This is strange but true - and not unusual these days.

Not Mickey

One example of what a genius my granddaughter is is that she could always tell the difference between Mickey and Minnie. Always. How is that? My only explanation is that she takes after her grandmother and has an amazing ability for visual detail :) I do like to think that's the case anyway.

So this outfit is perfect

The two girls are both a lovely combination of tomboys and sheer girliness. Why little girls love the color pink so much I have no clue but it's true that they do. And pink pajamas featuring Minnie? Complete paradise.

Buy large

We always do this when we buy for our girls. For example, the eldest wore the same bathrobe for quite a few years. It was almost floor-length when she first started wearing it and now, it's a definite mini skirt but because we also believe in buying quality, it's still in great condition.

Perfect for cuddles

I suppose as you get older, you prefer the simpler things in life. Well, I seem to. And a huge pleasure is having a lovely cuddle with a getting-sleepy granddaughter, all fresh and clean from her bath and snuggled into a warm and cuddly pajama set.

Good for mum too

I do like to think that we are nice, considerate grandparents.

Although we have sometimes chuckled at the idea of giving our grandchildren noisy toys that will drive their parents mad - payback time - we have so far resisted the temptation.

This sleepwear can be thrown into the washing machine and dryer with the rest of the laundry and emerges so soft and cuddly - just ready for a grandmotherly snuggle :)

Bright, smart and lots of fun. I actually prefer the red, white and black combination but maybe that's just me being a grown-up. Nevertheless, I think any little girl would also love this set though.

How old is Minnie Mouse?

My youngest granddaughter wouldn't understand if I told her this at her young age but Minnie Mouse is a pretty old lady! Her first movie role was in 1928 in Walt Disney's Steamboat Willie. She wears it well. See the video below.

Yes, buy large (things shrink and the kids nowadays grow so fast - and taller than their parents). Love these robes!
